It can be rented as a B&B but also as a vacation home for a longer period. We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Our floating chalet has a lot of glassware so that you retain the unobstructed view. You are close to Amsterdam, Volendam and Monnickendam. Enough activity in the area, so that you can decide for yourself whether you want to enjoy the peace and quiet or seek out the hustle and bustle. There is a terrace and a floating balcony. Our beautifully situated guest house "Sparrowhouse" is located near the picturesque village of Watergang. The stay is 5 km above Amsterdam, in the middle of the meadows and on Broekervaart. The Sparrowhouse offers a lot of privacy. You have your own bathroom and kitchen. A private garden is at your disposal overlooking the meadows, Broekervaart and from the skyline you can see Amsterdam. 2 bikes are at your disposal for free. Bus stop to Amsterdam Central Station is a 6-minute walk away
