It is located on a pedestrian street in the Lower Albayzin, 300 m. from Plaza Nueva, a largely pedestrian UNESCO heritage district. Thanks to the location you will not need the car and you can walk to the most emblematic places of Granada.

It is perfectly located, short distance to the beach, in the pedestrian area, next to Santa Barbara castle and just a step away from the famous restaurant La Ereta. In order to reach the house, there are many steps to climb, but once you get there, the sea and the old town view will take your breath away.
