PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTION AND THE "HOUSE RULES" BEFORE BOOKING. Rural house for 2, located in the semi-basement of a two-story house that I divided into two apartments. Each apartment has its own entrance door and private terrace. The beaches are only 25 minutes away. In summer, avoid the overcrowding that occurs on the coast. And also, unlike the coast, you will find all the services: banks, pharmacies, health center, supermarkets, bars, craft shops, etc.

The perfect place to relax and enjoy. The apartment is located on top of a hill and a 5-10 min walk from te beach and the boulevard with all restaurants and bars. The air bnb has a huge terrace (70m2) with a roofed dining area, lounge and a barbecue. The views are spectacular. You will live between the mountains with a fantastic pool- and seaview. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.

Old cortijo in the heart of the Cabo de Gata National Park, Typical and historic accommodation, completely renovated in the local spirit. A witness to the past life in this region of Andalusia, as desert as it is magical, the building dates back 250 to 300 years and has all the attributes of the period: a unique chicken coop/dovecote in the region, a cistern in perfect working order, a bread oven converted into a stable, and the main house.
