Huset har plads til 12 personer og rummer seks unikke soveværelser, to badeværelser i smukke råmaterialer, et køkken alrum, samt en hyggelige integreret stue. En nyrenoverad stuga som går i den gamla stilen med ny standard. Huset har egen strand med brygga och inläggningsramp för egen båt. ingår även en roddbåt så man kan ut och ro på sjön. Huset ligger endast 5 min från centrum med bil och ca 10 min med cykel . Ett väldigt idylliskt område med Älmhults båthamn som granne med liv och rörelse. camping ligger 5 min bort med cykel som har restaurang och fulla rättigheter. Bästa läget i Älmhults samhälle med närhet till IKEA museum samt IKEA varuhus.
