The Stone House in Aspro (North Side)

The Northern Stone House is a fully-equipped traditional cottage with a large outdoor yard, in the village of Aspro, Chania. It was built in the late 1800s and renovated in 2020 by myself and my father. Our goal was to create a space that is simple, serene and evocative of older times, yet is completely functional in the modern sense. It's located 2km away from the area's main village Almyrida, where you can find some basic stores, restaurants, as well as a couple of beautiful beaches.

The natural environment combined with the view offer moments of tranquility. It is located on a slope which is just a 5-minute walk from the sea and next to the house there is a provincial road. In the village there are water sports, diving, cycling and tourist shops

The sea view Pegasos Maisonettes are located in the seaside town of Almyrida, 350 meters only from the lovely sandy beach and 19 km east from the town of Chania. Every maisonette has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sea view living room and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are eight similar Pegasos maisonettes and you are going to stay in one of them. A car is also recommended for your stay.
