The Prinos Ι is located at the edge of the Lefokastro next to a sandy beach that you can approach by walk. The house's courtyard consisting of grass and orange trees while overlooking the sea. It is a calm and peaceful place. Prinos I Studio shares its courtyard with the Prinos II Loft House with a discreet separation and is ideal for couples. Beach house

Two-storey traditional Trikerian fishermen's house, slightly renovated that maintains the authenticity of a bygone era. The upper floor consists of 2 bedrooms,while the ground floor consists of 1 open plan area with kitchen and dining area. Inside it has a wooden staircase and wooden flooring upstairs. The bathroom is out of the house. The balcony overlooks the sea. Agia Kyriaki beach is just 40 meters from the house and at 20 meters there are traditional fish taverns and a mini market.

Studio No2 is 1 of the 3 independent studios of the first floor of the house, next to the beach. It has a fully equiped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 beds (double-single) comfortable for 3 people stay. It has a balcony with view to the sea. In front of the house there is a garden and a big yard where guests can relax watcing the sea view. There is available space for parking, use of barbeque and an additional external shower.
