Here you can access the bedroom through the wing door, which gives the room light! On the terrace you can relax by the fire! The fireplace is just decoration!

The completely renovated property is located about 2 km from Alpen, 9 km from Xanten and 11 km from Wesel, on the idyllic Lower Rhine. The beach in Menzelen Ost is about 2 km away. The whole floor is equipped with natural cork flooring including underfloor heating. In the box spring bed 1.8 x 2 meters, you can really relax. The new kitchen is fully equipped (Senseo coffee maker). The bathroom with shower and whirlpool invites you to relax. For electric cars, there is a wallbox for charging.

Welcome to the Lower Rhine. Our apartment has just been completely renovated and is located between the Hanseatic city of Wesel and the Roman city of Xanten. In the pilgrimage town of Ginderich, you will find us in the district of Werrich. Here it is nice, quiet and rural. The name reveals that you have a view of fields, meadows and the Rhine bridge Wesel. From us, there are a variety of bike paths to discover the Lower Rhine. The apartment is for 2-4 people. Willich - Very bright apartment - 3 bedrooms

The apartment is about 75 square meters, was renovated in 2016, is bright and friendly. The open kitchen is new, equipped with an oven, ceramic hob, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport links to Düsseldorf, the exhibition grounds, Düsseldorf airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good bike paths from the front door on the Niers.

Light and spacious, with over 50m2 there is enough space for a luxurious stay for 2 people. Kitchen, room, bathroom, separate toilet and bedroom are all new and luxurious. We have furnished the independent studio with high-quality materials. Just as you would like it at home. Although we do not serve breakfast, we always provide a refrigerator filled with some drinks, butter, yogurt/quark, eggs, jam. There are also cereals, oil/vinegar, sugar, coffee and tea.

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. A private terrace (with barbecue) is also available.

The 115 square meter apartment in Tönisberg has its own entrance with 2 parking spaces. On foot, a Netto can be reached and you are quickly on the highway. On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

The beds are already made and towels are ready.

It is 2.4 km to the beautiful Kamp monastery and the city center is also within walking distance (1.3 km). The beautiful Zechenpark with a large playground and zoo is only 1.5 km away. Also, a bakery and supermarket are only 800 m away. Within walking distance, about 500 m, is a hotel with restaurant and spa area.
