Incredible location and space to enjoy ATL from. Would definitely consider coming back to this place in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

The home is beautiful and within walking distance to so many things to do in Atlanta. The host was very responsive and helpful during our stay.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

Great place to stay in Atlanta. The neighborhood felt very home-like and safe. We were going to an event at the Roxy, so this place was perfect! Good Mexican food is nearby. I would stay here again.

My only regret is not booking a longer stay. The home is very well set up for guests comfort with basically anything you would want or need. It’s nice it has a ramp in and bedrooms on main level for older guests. The suite upstairs was so spacious and pretty. There is a grill you can use and some nice green space in the back. Plenty of desk spaces if you need to work. Justin was very responsive if we needed to communicate about anything.

Marie’s place was exceptionally clean and beautiful. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils and all the essentials needed to cook for my family. It was an amazing stay. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom shower was everything spa like!! Thanks Marie for making our stay comfortable and amazing !!🤩

Perfect place to stay in Atlanta, with almost everything of note 20 minutes away. Dionte was an amazing host and the property was safe,secure, and stylish. There are a lot of stairs but it divides the place well for multiple guests. I will definitely look here first for future visits to Atlanta.

Was very relaxing when I was able to come back from the VA hospital to shower and eat. I never got to sleep in the bed because I was at the hospital all night. It served its purpose. To come back & shower & change. I spent only a few hours there Andy made my process with this and my brother advanced cancer diagnosis easier telling me if I needed anything. as far as having someone on hand who said if I needed anything to let him know The only downside and the was my fault was I paid to much for the little time I spent there. That’s not Andy’s fault. Andy Thank you for your kindness and support!

This was a beautiful place to stay, she has thought of everything you need to feel comfortable and welcome. She was very responsive if we needed anything. I would highly recommend staying here to friends and family.

Had a great stay. Minor kitchen plumbing issue but they responded and sent someone over right away. Would stay here again!

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

The Airbnb was excellent, great customer service and perfect location for enjoying a great week in Atlanta. The Airbnb is very close to the main attractions in Atlanta which was a huge plus for us as a family. Will recommend 100%.

This townhouse was exactly as described, tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood with all you could need right around the corner. The convenience of everything nearby was great - grocery, gas and lots of restaurants. I brought my daughter and a friend for a concert at Truist Park. Getting there and back was easier than I could have imagined from here. It was also so easy to get to downtown Atlanta from here. The girls loved the comfort of the townhouse. We all slept well on the comfy mattresses. I would recommend this townhouse for anyone who enjoys a peaceful, comfortable place to relax after a long day of activities.
