Also near by is the Ovens river, autumn colour, rail trail bike path, golf course and walking tracks, Mount Buffalo and its historic chalet. A well equipped kitchen and BBQ on your own veranda. The property even has a private mountain stream. The lavender is in flower from around mid Dec before getting harvested in Feb to make essential oil.

The Blue Rock Mountain Retreat is located on a large property, backing directly onto the Ovens River. Recent renovations include a new kitchen, bathrooms and a recently built north facing deck with outdoor couches and dining area. It is opposite the pub and close to the playground and cafes. My place has 5 bedrooms, a large kitchen and dining area, complete with a woodstove, a separate tv/lounge area and plenty of natural light. My place is perfect for couples, families and well behaved dogs.

Saje's Pod is a two storey self contained unit. Private access and carport. Queen bed with ensuite with an upstairs living area and a limited kitchenette opening onto a shared deck with a barbecue for use by Pod guests. The Pod also has its own private deck. We are nestled in the foothills of the Victorian Alps,close to Bright. There is a crystal clear stream suitable for trout fishing nearby. Our little farm consists of cattle, chickens, two dogs, chestnuts and blueberries and bountiful Australia wildlife. The cottage(bedsit) is self contained and private, with one double and two single beds plus a very large shady garden with a BBQ and Gazebo. Pets are welcome. We very much welcome international travelers to this beautiful area.

Bushies Love Shack

Welcome to Bushies Love Shack. The naming of the love shack came about upon purchasing the property some 8 years ago. Fay's father, at the time 90 years of age, and his girlfriend, 91 years of age, automatically named it the Love Shack as they envisaged, once renovated, them sitting in bed, playing cards and taking in the view and so the name stuck. In keeping with the name, we have created a luxurious, romantic space for two.
