Kleines Bad mit WC und Dusche, komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Gasherd und Backofen (ohne Spülmaschine, keine Mikrowelle), Wohnzimmer mit Sofa, schnelles WiFi/WLAN, kleiner Fernseher, Terrasse mit Tisch und Stühlen. Der grosse Dachüberstand in Richtung Weiher stellt zusätzlichen Aufenthaltsraum zum ebenerdigen 34m² Studio zur Verfügung. Das Grundstück mit 1.000m² Westhang ist sonnenverwöhnt. In Richtung Süden besteht aus dem Atrium mit Granitfelsen super Alpensicht. Wir versorgen dich mit PV-Strom und Batteriespeicher.

This little house is located on a 1.5 ha property, next to the source of the Moselle in the middle of the forest, 3 km from the village of Bussang. The house is located nearby the GR531, halfway up the mountain Drumont (820 m) in the high Vosges, edge Alsace in a paragliding, skiing and hiking area. It has wood stoves and parking. In Bussang you will find restaurants, shops and a bakery. Also the "Théâtre du Peuple", a unique theater with a cultural program every year in July and August.

Welcome to the Black Forest! This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door. The house has a big garden with a magnificent old stock of trees and a little creek. As this house was renovated looking after the design and the details and also with some technical refinements, i am looking forward to welcome you into this cozy home.

In the middle of the vineyards

In the middle of the vineyards, on the southern slope, with great views of the front Kinzig Valley, our house is in a secluded location. In the basement, at ground level to the garden, there is a cozily furnished apartment, where you can be comfortable in any season and in any weather. The combined kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom are accessible on around 45 m² barrier-free. Right outside the front door you will find endless hiking trails through the Black Forest.

Our Heidi House is located in the middle of the Black Forest, in a small valley surrounded by green meadows. Next to the Heidi house is the farm we live on. The Heidi house is detached and has a separate entrance, so your privacy is guaranteed. The farm is located at the end of a road, with no traffic passing through, and is surrounded by meadows, fruit trees and forest. Our own stream and a small pond with a bench on the property invite you to relax.
