This cottage is a new construction (2024) and has a kitchen, bathroom, wc, living room with sofa and bedroom, terrace, parking and a large orchard. Cozy apartment with underfloor heating

The entrance leads past the tower on the left. Through the small conservatory you enter the apartment. From there, the 1st bedroom is directly accessible. Next: kitchen, living-dining room, 2nd bedroom with bathroom, closet room. To get into the bathroom from the 1st bedroom, guests have to go through the 2nd bedroom. Our village is without tourist ambitions, but from great landscapes surrounded.
