Holiday rentals with a patio in Alsergrund

What a sensational stay we had in Vienna, we chose to walk from Wien Mitte, it took us about 20 minutes, but you could get the public transport or an Uber. The apartment was very easy to find and access, we had a tiny bit of trouble with the door code, however we were given a key for the remainder of our stay to assist us. The location is perfect, right near the river. You are a 10 minute walk from the Underground (Ubahn) which is an excellent service. The apartment has incredible views over Vienna, and is spotlessly clean. With a Billa (shop) around the corner. Travellers beware, as the Billa is very expensive, we would instead recommend the EuroSpar that can be seen from the balcony. We have every intention of returning to this stunning part of the world, and to this apartment in particular. 5 stars, perfect, couldn't recommend enough!

We had four wonderful days in Gioia's apartment. We didn't miss anything in the apartment, very nicely furnished, you feel right at home. The highlight is the great roof terrace.❤️ Various shopping facilities are within walking distance and the stop right outside the door is perfect, so you can easily get to the city center. Great, comfortable and modern space in the heart of the museum square in Vienna. Very close to subway lines and tram stops, also just a short walking distance from major tourist sites. Host communicated well throughout and was always polite and helpful.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The host was kind, helpful. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and exactly as described. Although it’s a bit far from the city’s main attractions, there is a nearby metro station that makes getting around easy. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions provided by the host were clear and easy to follow ‏We felt very safe during our stay thanks to the security lock on the elevator and the apartment door. I would definitely recommend this place!

We enjoyed the stay very much and really felt at home. Although the apartment has only two rooms, the four of us with two toddlers didn't feel cramped at all and were also at home for a few hours. From the balcony and the floor-to-ceiling window in the living room (the best for the one year old!) you can see the great lively Ottakringer Str., in the courtyard you can picnic and play, there is everything you need around the house, and more. Yppenplatz and Brunnenmarkt are great, with tram 44 (right in front of the house) or 2 (5 min away) you can quickly reach many places in the center. Great communication. Only mini flaw: For us, the "basic requirement" was a little scarce - no oil, salt only in the spreader, no rags, only 3 washing machine tablets for 1 week, etc. I would take it with me next time so as not to have to buy everything in a bulk pack. Nevertheless, absolutely unreserved recommendation and we would definitely like to come back <3

Great place!

A stylish, lovingly furnished apartment with a special atmosphere – everything was clean, thoughtful and equipped with everything you need. The beds are comfortable, the location is ideal: the tram stops right outside the door, and you can be in the center in 15 minutes. Thanks to the private parking, the arrival was also stress-free. Our hosts Kati, Niko and Taiko were wonderful: friendly, warm, present in contact, with perfectly organized self check-in and personal recommendations. We felt completely comfortable and went home filled with beautiful impressions. Hands down one of the best AirBnbs we have stayed in. The location is quaint and quiet, and it is right by many vineyards! Look up a few hike recommendations from Grinzig and you'll be set! It is also only a 25 minute tram ride to downtown Vienna. Very easy instructions for check in and check out. The apartment itself was great, with a loft style bedroom on the top floor and a separate bedroom downstairs. The space was clean and has all the amenities you need, especially after a long day of walking, there were options to grab a bite nearby or go to one of the two grocery stores and cook something if you wanted to save money. Overall we loved our stay in Vienna and Noah and Ella's apartment contributed greatly!

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Very nice and big garden in the property, very clean and renovated house, was very convenient if you arrive by car because you can park inside the property, it’s about 30 minutes by car from Viene center and Erol communicates very fast, easy to find and to get in.

Home is in a quiet & peacefull location away from the city. Perfect if you have a vehicle to travel to a local carpark & use public transport into the city.

We were 6 people. The accommodation was very clean, as good as new and modern. In great weather, we could sit on the beautiful terrace. Murat was very nice and solved our problem without hesitation with the request to provide another parking space. Thank you for that ♥️

The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The upstairs study room was great for doing some work and the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay there again.

Nadine was very flexible. We were able to move into the accommodation before the specified date. Nadine and Jürgen were very friendly and helpful. If you like it quieter, this is the place to be.

Loved our stay here - Would recommend having a car for accessibility reasons but the place is beautiful clean relaxing and everything as described! Dutch tub was fantastic!

Perfect gem in Vienna! Stayed at Sandeep’s flat for a little over a week for work and it was a perfect , quiet, homey apartment. Great neighbourhood and lovely surroundings (coppa beach just around the area for some relaxation). Would definitely stay again!

Patricks place was an excellent stay! Great location and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, and the u-bahn and most of all it was nestled on a very quiet street. I will definetly book Patricks place when I return back to Vienna. Patrick was a very responsive and friendly host and always checking in to make sure our stay was absolutely perfect!

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Very bright, spacious and quiet apartment with a great roof terrace. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and even has air conditioning (which is not unimportant in summer, as the apartment gets good sun from noon ;-)). There are 2 supermarkets within a short walking distance, as well as various public transport (e.g. U4/6, bus 12 A, tram 18) within a few minutes' walk and you can get to the well-known sights super fast. A parking garage is available in about 10 minutes on foot and if you get the appropriate parking app for your stay, you can park your car for less than €8/day. There are hardly any cafes (e.g. for breakfast) or restaurants in the immediate vicinity, but due to the short distances with public transport, that was not a big deal for us. I can definitely recommend the apartment for a trip to Vienna. Contact with the landlord was also quick and uncomplicated.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

I had a wonderful stay in Tanjs airbnb! The apartment is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beautiful Belvedere Palace and well connected to public transport for exploring the rest of Vienna. The area also has plenty of shops nearby for anything you might need. The apartment itself is clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything you need. It even has a lovely balcony with a view of the trees - a great spot to relax. Tanja is an amazing host, very responsive and full of great recommendations for places to visit. I would definitely recommend staying here :)
