Holiday rentals with a patio in Alsergrund

What a sensational stay we had in Vienna, we chose to walk from Wien Mitte, it took us about 20 minutes, but you could get the public transport or an Uber. The apartment was very easy to find and access, we had a tiny bit of trouble with the door code, however we were given a key for the remainder of our stay to assist us. The location is perfect, right near the river. You are a 10 minute walk from the Underground (Ubahn) which is an excellent service. The apartment has incredible views over Vienna, and is spotlessly clean. With a Billa (shop) around the corner. Travellers beware, as the Billa is very expensive, we would instead recommend the EuroSpar that can be seen from the balcony. We have every intention of returning to this stunning part of the world, and to this apartment in particular. 5 stars, perfect, couldn't recommend enough!

Wir hatten vier wunderschöne Tage in der Wohnung von Gioia. Uns hat nichts in der Wohnung gefehlt, sehr schön eingerichtet, man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Das Highlight ist die tolle Dachterasse.❤️ Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar und auch die Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür ist perfekt, so dass man gut in die Innenstadt kommt. Für uns war es so perfekt. Wir können diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Liebe Grüße Nadine

bonito departamento, limpio,cómodo y en una muy buena ubicación para llegar fácilmente a los lugares de interés en Viena. transporte público a poca distancia, tanto metro como tranvía. El departamento cuenta con cocina equipada y equipo para lavar y secar ropa.

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment. The host was kind, helpful. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and exactly as described. Although it’s a bit far from the city’s main attractions, there is a nearby metro station that makes getting around easy. Check-in was smooth, and the instructions provided by the host were clear and easy to follow ‏We felt very safe during our stay thanks to the security lock on the elevator and the apartment door. I would definitely recommend this place!

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns wirklich wie zuhause gefühlt. Obwohl die Wohnung nur zwei Zimmer hat, fühlten wir uns zu viert mit zwei Kleinkindern überhaupt nicht eingeengt und waren auch mal einige Stunden einfach daheim. Vom Balkon und dem Bodentiefen Fenster im Wohnzimmer (das beste für den Einjährigen!) sieht man die tolle belebte Ottakringer Str., im Innenhof kann man Picknicken und spielen, rund ums Haus gibts alles, was man braucht, und mehr. Yppenplatz und Brunnenmarkt sind toll, mit Straßenbahn 44 (direkt vor dem Haus) oder 2 (5 Min Weg) erreicht man viele Orte im Zentrum schnell. Super Kommunikation. Einziger Mini-Makel: Für uns war der "Grundbedarf" etwas knapp berechnet - kein Öl, Salz nur im Streuer, keine Lappen, nur 3 Waschmaschinentabs für 1 Woche usw. Würd ich beim nächsten Mal mitnehmen, um nicht alles im Großpack kaufe zu müssen. Trotzdem absolut uneingeschränkte Empfehlung und wir möchten unbedingt wiederkommen <3

Great place!

Eine stilvolle, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit besonderer Atmosphäre – alles war sauber, durchdacht und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten bequem, die Lage ideal: Die Straßenbahn hält direkt vor der Tür, in 15 Min. ist man im Zentrum. Dank des privaten Parkplatzes war auch die Anreise stressfrei. Unsere Gastgeber Kati, Niko und Taiko waren wunderbar: freundlich, herzlich, präsent im Kontakt, mit perfekt organisiertem Self-Check-in und persönlichen Empfehlungen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und sind erfüllt von schönen Eindrücken nach Hause gefahren. Um alles zu entdecken, was Wien zu bieten hat, braucht es definitiv einen zweiten Aufenthalt – den wir mit Freude bei euch verbringen würden! Danke für alles – 5 🌟 von Herzen! Liebe Grüße, Esmer🌸

Hands down one of the best AirBnbs we have stayed in. The location is quaint and quiet, and it is right by many vineyards! Look up a few hike recommendations from Grinzig and you'll be set! It is also only a 25 minute tram ride to downtown Vienna. Very easy instructions for check in and check out. The apartment itself was great, with a loft style bedroom on the top floor and a separate bedroom downstairs. The space was clean and has all the amenities you need, especially after a long day of walking, there were options to grab a bite nearby or go to one of the two grocery stores and cook something if you wanted to save money. Overall we loved our stay in Vienna and Noah and Ella's apartment contributed greatly!

We had a great 10-day family vacation in Viviane's apartment in Vienna. The apartment had everything we needed and more, the location was very convenient (with a supermarket across the street) and the neighborhood was very quiet. All the major attractions were easily accessible by public transportation, communication with Viviane was very easy and we received very detailed instructions when needed. Highly recommended!!!

Das Haus in Wien war groß und super für uns– genug Platz für alle und ca. 25 Minuten mit U-Bahn von Zentrum Vienna entfernt. Der Garten war richtig schön zum Chillen. In der Nähe gab’s alles, was man braucht: Bäckerei, die U-Bahn, also super Lage. Richtig praktisch war auch, dass wir das Auto zwei Tage im Hof stehen lassen konnten – total entspannt. Hat uns echt gut gefallen.

Diese Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen. Sie ist ruhig und der Blick in Garten und Wald überwältigend. Aber auch ein Ausflug nach Wien ist mir Bus oder 15 Minuten fahrt zu einem P+R (S Bahn Anbindung) gut zu machen. Die Vermieter wohnen im Nachbarhaus sind zuvorkommend aber auch diskret.

Wir waren mit 6 Personen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, neuwertig und modern . Bei tollem Wetter konnten wir auf der schönen Terrasse sitzen. Murat war sehr nett und löste auch ohne zu zögern unser Problem mit der Bitte , einen weiteren Parkplatz zu Verfügung zu stellen . Vielen Dank dafür ♥️

Das Haus ist sehr ruhig und der Garten wunderschön. Das Haus war sehr sauber. Die Lage nah an der Donau ist perfekt für Spaziergänge mit oder ohne Hund. Das Restaurant um die Ecke ist sehr gut, mit Garten im Sommer. Schara war sehr freundlich und immer erreichbar.

Nadine war sehr flexibel. Wir konnten schon vor dem angegebenen Termin in die Unterkunft einziehen. Nadine und Jürgen waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wer es ruhiger mag, ist hier genau richtig.

Unser Aufenthalt bei Rebecca war wunderbar. Die Wohnung ist modern und komplett eingerichtet, sauber und schön gelegen. Man ist in kürzester Zeit in Wien, fußläufig im Wiener Wald oder kann den ganzen Tag in Wohnung und Dutchtub die Seele baumeln lassen. Die Kommunikation war ebenfalls super. Rebeccas Tipps für die Umgebung haben uns an schöne Orte geführt, die wir sonst wahrscheinlich nicht gefunden hätten. Alles in allem das Rundum-Wohlfühl-Paket :)

Séjour agréable dans un logement accueillant, en rez-de-chaussée ouvert sur un jardinet et très clair. Il n'y a aucune nuisance extérieure, l'environnement est très calme. Pour un séjour touristique, il y a trois atouts majeurs: la proximité de la station de métro U1, qui conduit au centre ville en quelques minutes (et donc aux principales activités de Vienne, sans les nuisance du centre), la proximité du Danube, (pour des promenades, une location de bateau, un verre au bord de l'eau), et enfin à deux stations de métro le très grand centre commercial Kagran qui propose beaucoup de services (si le petit super marché Billa tout proche ne suffit pas) mais aussi plusieurs restaurants. Pour venir de l'aéroport le bus VAL 3 est très pratique: en descendant à la station face au NH hôtel, on n'est pas loin du logement. Enfin, Sandeep est un hôte très réactif et très attentionné.

C’était un appartement merveilleux. Il est évident que l’hôte habite bien cette perle rare, et il clair que Patrick en prend bien soin. Nous avions l’impression qu’on nous avait prêté ce refuge au cœur de Vienne comme on le prête à ses amis. Le goût raffiné de notre hôte en art et en décoration donnent une ambiance chaleureuse et accueillante à ce petit nid douillet rempli de vie, et également bien équipé.

We really enjoyed our stay at Delia's. Away from the touristy area but still within very easy reach with the tram right by the front door, bus over in the side street. We would certainly stay at Delia's when we next return to Vienna.

Sehr helle, geräumige und ruhig gelegene Wohnung mit einer tollen Dachterrasse. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und hat sogar eine Klimaanlage (das ist im Sommer nicht ganz unwichtig, da die Wohnung ab Mittag gut Sonne abbekommt ;-)). Es gibt 2 Supermärkte in kurzer Laufweite, ebenso sind verschiedene Öffis (z. B. U4/6, Bus 12 A, Tram 18) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und man ist superschnell bei den bekannten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein Parkhaus ist in ca. 10 Laufminuten verfügbar und wenn man sich die entsprechende Park-App für den Aufenthalt holt, kann man für unter € 8 / Tag sein Auto abstellen. Es gibt kaum Cafés (z.B. zum Frühstücken) oder Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber aufgrund der kurzen Wege mit den Öffentlichen war das für uns kein großes Ding. Ich kann die Wohnung für einen Wien-Trip auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und unkompliziert.

Edit & Dieter are great hosts, exactly as all other reviewers point out. The apartment is very spacious, perfect for 3 adults (husband, sister & I) for a full week. We particularly appreciated quiet privacy before & after a day of sightseeing! And we loved safe parking, dishwasher & washing machine. Great value for money! The house is truly special- old world charm! Comfortable & well equipped. Surprisingly quiet inside given busy street. Lovely balcony to watch squirrels during our breakfast. Groceries are close by as is excellent Italian restaurant. Many visitors write about using public transportation to get around, but we chose to go by car. Do expect to pay 25-30 Euros to park for the day, but relative to our home location in The Netherlands this is reasonable. It saved us a lot of time, but we understand it’s a choice, as navigating by car in & around Vienna is not simple!

I had a wonderful stay in Tanjs airbnb! The apartment is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the beautiful Belvedere Palace and well connected to public transport for exploring the rest of Vienna. The area also has plenty of shops nearby for anything you might need. The apartment itself is clean, cosy, and well-equipped with everything you need. It even has a lovely balcony with a view of the trees - a great spot to relax. Tanja is an amazing host, very responsive and full of great recommendations for places to visit. I would definitely recommend staying here :)
