The house is located on a lovely natural plot with a wild garden, where you can enjoy the sun, birdsong, and plenty of privacy. There are 7.5 km to Kronborg and Helsingør city center and 5.5 km to the seaside town of Hornbæk. Bicycle/walking route 47 (North Coast Trail) runs almost right past the door and route 48 (Slotsruten) is also close.

From the house there is a view of a small lake that, all year round and regardless of the weather, gives peace of mind.
