This unique guest apartment with tiny-house character was an active art studio before it became a fully-equipped, self-sustained apartment. It sleeps 2 (+ 2) in a single split-level room. One bed is reached via ladder, the second a sofa bed. The apartment is still active gallery, with 3 terrace doors leading to a terrace with space to eat and relax. The next bus stop is 5 minutes walk away, the airport 10 minutes by car, there are 2 forests in walking distance and a shopping center too.

The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away).
