Dank einer Küche habt ihr die Wahl, zwischen Kochen und auswärts essen. Restaurants und das beste Franzbrötchen der Stadt sind in direkter Umgebung. In die Innenstadt gelangt ihr nach 5 Gehminuten zur Bahn mit der U1 in nur 18 oder in nur 10 Minuten ins schöne Eppendorf oder Alster.

Die S-Bahnstation ist 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, zum Flughafen 2 Stationen, in die Innenstadt 20 Minuten. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Lauf- und Fahrradstrecken direkt vor der Tür.

The room is approx. 35m² in size, has its own kitchen and bathroom and offers space for 2 adults and up to 2 children with a double bed and a sofa bed. The accommodation is in the basement and has a ceiling height of 2.09 m. Supermarkets and restaurants (5-10min) and public transport (bus 2min) are in the immediate vicinity. Public parking is usually available.

Here you are right in the middle of life between Schanze and Pauli. The loft is quietly located in a backyard, so you can sleep without Oropax. Business or sightseeing - it's not either or, but both. The loft is a mixture of living and working - black and white canvas film pictures from the 60s and 70s and furnished with USM Haller and Vitra furniture give the studio a very casual look. Das Appartement liegt im 1. Obergeschoss und verfügt über einen Südbalkon, auf dem sich besonders auch die Abendsonne genießen lässt. Diverse Buslinien sowie U-/S-Bahnstationen befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.
