Approx. 60 m² apartment on the 2nd floor (sloping ceilings are to be expected) to relax in the middle of Alt Duvenstedt in the Hüttener Berge Nature Park near the A7. The entire building where the apartment is located consists of two houses with three residential units connected by a former blacksmith. The apartment is in the older part of the building and has its own apartment entrance door. After many excursions on foot, by bike or car (or whatever), it is the ideal retreat.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss unseres Wohnhauses in Büdelsdorf, ist zentral, aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Sie verfügt über einen eigenen Eingang, Flur, ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett. Der Wohnbereich ist mit Sitzgelegenheiten wie Esstisch mit Stühlen, Sitzbank, sowie einem Sofa ausgestattet. Die Küche ist vollwertig eingerichtet. Das Bad verfügt über WC/Dusche .

Geschäfte, wie Bäcker, Edeka, Lidl und Aldi sind in der Nähe gut zu erreichen.

Located in the middle of the beautiful cities of Eckernförde and Schleswig, all possibilities are open to you.
