La Carança, mountain house. Calm and nature!

Beautiful 17th-century renovated house, spanning 3 floors with over 100m². Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

Rustic and warm mountain grangette

Small barn located in an inhabited hamlet at 860 meters altitude, 6 km from Massat. 'Cosy', warm and rustic, renovated with eco-friendly materials, it is 150 meters from the parking lot at the end of a small winding and steep path.
