Fine little tiny apartment in the trendy district

Small cute tiny apartment in the trendy Plagwitz district! The apartment has been lovingly furnished and is located in the heart of the artistic district of Plagwitz. Restaurants, bars, small shops, but also studios and theaters are right outside the door and invite you to visit. The tram is within walking distance and in about 10 minutes you are in the city center. The apartment is in the courtyard and is very quiet. From the apartment, you can enjoy a terrace in the countryside via a few steps.

Spacious (71 sqm), luxurious loft with terrace

In the middle of vibrant Leipzig-Plagwitz, a historic workshop was expanded into an airy loft by the end of 2021. This shines with generosity, very high ceilings and industrial charm. Nevertheless, expansion quality is at the level of a new luxury building. In addition to the large bathroom with shower AND bathtub, there is a guest toilet for guests, under the wooden parquet there is underfloor heating and the design kitchen offers everything you need. Another highlight is the large terrace!
