Bright + quiet apartment with south-facing balcony in the beautiful south of Leipzig. You will be staying on the 5th floor, have an unobstructed view from the Fernster (into the large, quiet backyard) and already in the morning best sunshine. Apartment is located near Connewitzer Kreuz with direct access to public transport / Rewe + Lidl is right around the corner. In 5 min you are in the forest; by bike in 15 min on the lake. Spacious (71 sqm), luxurious loft with terrace

In the middle of vibrant Leipzig-Plagwitz, a historic workshop was expanded into an airy loft by the end of 2021. This shines with generosity, very high ceilings and industrial charm. Nevertheless, expansion quality is at the level of a new luxury building. In addition to the large bathroom with shower AND bathtub, there is a guest toilet for guests, under the wooden parquet there is underfloor heating and the design kitchen offers everything you need. Another highlight is the large terrace!
