No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Glamping at its finest! Spend time in this cozy Tiny House in the forest in Northern California. Only 20-min. from Historic Downtown areas. Incredible stargazing. Relax and enjoy 5 acres of expansive views of the mountains and treetops! The house is surrounded by pine and oak trees with lots of privacy. Perfect family or couples getaway but still close to town. The bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are super comfy! The kitchen is fully equipped. We are about 15 minutes away from downtown Grass Valley and Nevada City. Yuba River, mountain biking, and hiking are about 20 minutes away from the house. Skiing is about 50 miles away.

The Family Equine-Cottage, horse accommodations

An 800+/- sq ft cottage with vaulted ceilings, 1 bed/ 1 bath (walk in shower). Full kitchen, Roku, TV, WiFi, back up generator, queen sleep number bed, adjustable head/foot base. Twin roll away bed available upon request (additional fee). Using the couches as a bed is not permitted and a fee will be assessed. Separate, dedicated fenced yard. All guests must be registered to be on property. No smoking. No parties, nor guests of guests, without prior approval of host.
