Castellone Pianello Val Tidone House with Garden

Casa Castellone is surrounded by the green hills of Piacenza, located just 5 km from Pianello Val Tidone. The house, arranged on two floors, offers a kitchen with a wood-fired oven and basic appliances on the ground floor, the dining area and the living area boast two stone fireplaces. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed, terrace and dedicated external bathroom and another with a double bed, single bed and internal bathroom. Outside there is a large terrace and a garden.

To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.

Delightful newly built two-room apartment inside a farmhouse. The apartment consists of a bright living area with an open kitchen and dining table, sofa bed (for two people) and television, a double bedroom with television as well and a large bathroom with rain shower, toilet and washing machine. The ceiling with exposed wooden beams are the strong point of the house and make it particularly charming.
