Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt bei Massimo! Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles was man braucht (und noch viel mehr), mit vielen schönen Details. Die Lage ist super, man kann alles mit dem Fahrrad oder zu Fuß besuchen. Massimo war auch total lieb und zuvorkommend. Wir würden immer wieder hierhin kommen 🥰

We stayed in this amazing apartment for 2 days during our visit to Milan and had a great experience. The location is perfect—well connected by public transport and easy to access. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and proactive throughout the stay. We especially appreciated their kindness when we forgot some of our stuff - they quickly arranged a meeting to return it, which we found very thoughtful. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Milan!

Fantastic stay! The apartment was absolutely lovely with everything we could possibly need. It was also super clean, which we really appreciated. The location was perfect with some food options nearby and wonderful walks along the canal. Carlo was an exceptional host, incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for more!.

Lovely place in a convenient location near the S. Agostino metro station, and only a short walk away from Navigli and lots of great restaurants. The place was very clean and provided all the necessary amenities, including some bottled water and snacks which was greatly appreciated. Filippo provided all the information for a simple check in and check out, in addition to some helpful recommendations for things to do and places to eat in Milan. Overall, I strongly recommend staying here when visiting Milan, thank you for a lovely service Filippo!

We were greeted personally by Stella and Eugenio. Upon our arrival we were given a comprehensive review of the apartment’s appliances, recommendations for restaurants, and sights not to be missed. In addition we were welcomed with a fridge and pantry stocked with practical items any traveller would be delighted to discover. The apartment is quiet yet within easy reach of everything. Bathrooms are state of the art, beds are very comfortable and the kitchen so well equipped one could host a dinner party. I have stayed at over 20 Airbnbs throughout Italy, and this is far and away the best I have encountered. So, if you are thinking about a trip to Genoa, make your plans based on the availability of Stella and Eugenia’s remarkable property, not to mention their hospitality. I hope to return

I’ve done Airbnb for almost 11 years and I’ve never had a place that was so fully stocked with food and amenities like Alessandro’s. The fridge and kitchen was full of local foods, fruit, snacks and water/juice/milk. He has thought of everything. He is eager to share his incredible knowledge of Milano and the surrounding areas and can provide recommendations for anything you want — restaurants, excursions, museums, etc. He was always super responsive and attentive to our needs. The location is also outstanding, as it’s close to a number of great restaurants and close to the city center by walking or by subway but also in a quiet and safe area. Zero complaints and would love to come back again.

The hosts were wonderful & responsive - could not ask for better! The home was clean and well-appointed. Just as described! The enclosed patio was a PLUS. Location was perfect; 2 1/2 easy, walkable blocks to the Porto Romana metro station, 1 block from PAM (local, well-stocked grocery store) and MANY restaurants & cafes within 2-3 blocks. For a unique restaurant try VENUCCI just down the street. Excellent wine menu and pizza. Ask for Tonya - she’s a wonderful person and a nice host! Enjoy!

Unser Familienurlaub (4 Personen) an diesem Ort war ein absoluter Traum und in Wirklichkeit noch viel beeindruckender als auf den Fotos. Das gesamte Anwesen ist makellos sauber und strahlt eine wunderbare, friedliche Atmosphäre aus. Für unsere Kinder und uns war der Pool vor der atemberaubenden Bergkulisse das tägliche Highlight – ein perfekter Ort zum Abschalten und Genießen. Die Lage ist fantastisch, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen und gleichzeitig aktiv zu sein. Wir haben die Gegend auf mehreren wunderschönen Wandertouren erkundet. Was den Aufenthalt aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Gastgeber: Chris und Joanna sind unglaublich warmherzig und hilfsbereit. Ihre Gastfreundschaft ist außergewöhnlich. Wir können diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Sehr schön gelegene Unterkunft auf den Hügeln am Rand von Genua. Der Blick hinunter Richtung Meer ist wunderbar und der tolle Garten mit Meerblick lädt zum Verweilen ein. In der Unterkunft ist alles da, was man für einen Aufenthalt braucht, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auch eine Waschmaschine und ein Trockner ist vorhanden. Die Unterkunft ist mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln gut zu erreichen, jedoch muss man immer mindestens 30-45 Minuten mit dem Bus fahren, um Genua zu erreichen. Geschäfte sind ebenfalls ein Stück entfernt. Alles in allem empfehlen wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter.

Carlo ist ein perfekter Gastgeber. Da wir viel Gepäck hatten und die kleinen Gassen außer für sehr kleine PKWs (Smart z.B) oder Vespas geeignet sind, hat Carlo uns mit dem Gepäck geholfen. Das Haus liegt relativ hoch, wodurch man eine tolle Aussicht auf Genua und das Meer hat. Man sollte schon gut zu Fuß sein wenn man sich dieses kleine Juwel mietet, aber uns hat es super gut gefallen. Per Bus (knapp 5 Min zu Fuß entfernt) ist die Stadt sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben das Auto die ganze Woche über an der Hauptstraße stehen gelassen. Carlo hat uns auch sehr viele Tipps und Informationen zu Ausflügen, Bus, Einkaufszentren,… gegeben. Das Haus ist mit sehr viel Geschmack im Vintage-Stil eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem Möglichen ausgestattet und sehr praktisch eingerichtet. Der Garten hat verschiedene Ebenen, auf der obersten Ebene hat man einen wundervolle Aussicht. Abends konnten wir hunderte von Leuchtkäfern beobachten. Die zutrauliche Katze und Schildkröte waren sehr süß. Danke C

Francesco una persona muy cálida, desde el principio nos hizo sentir como en casa. En cuanto al alojamiento, todo impecable, super equipado y cómodo para nuestra familia de 5 personas. Definitivamente lo recomendaría!

Ester e Roberto sono persone meravigliose, discrete ma sempre molto disponibili, trasmettono l’amore che hanno per questo loro angolo di paradiso, come non condividere , un’ora da casa ma in un posto magico, immerso nella natura , tra le colline del Monferrato, l’interno della casa e’ altrettanto favoloso , rustico e ben curato, oltre che molto pulito! Torneremo sicuramente !

O apartamento é maravilhoso. Super bem localizado. Tudo repleto de charm e muito bom gosto. A cozinha super bem equipada, a sala é ampla, iluminada, arejada e confortável, tem livros muitos bons onde eu fiquei tão feliz e surpresa por achar Clarice Lispector entre outros grandes autores. A suite do casal e muito, muito confortável e o top 10 vai para colchão, travesseiro e roupa de cama, tudo absolutamente impecável. O banho é otimo. O apartamento possui ainda uma lavanderia que ajudou muito. O condomínio é muito sossegado e seguro e os porteiros sao dulcíssimos e gentis. Quanto a localização nao poderia ser melhor. Nós amanos muito e nos sentimentos em casa. Muito obrigado.

A quiet two bedroom situated right off the metro- super well-situated and easy to navigate the entire city. It was walkable to the Navigli and I felt like a real local. The apartment was accessible on the ground floor with clear instructions for check-in. The mechanical window shutters go down for extra privacy and security at night, which was much appreciated (though Americans might find it gets a little warm at night without air conditioning😅). Overall, an amazing stay in a well-decorated, art-centric comfortable apartment :) I will love to be back soon!

We had an amazing stay at Enrico’s apartment! From the very beginning, communication with him was outstanding — he was always quick to respond and went out of his way to provide helpful recommendations for day trips and things to do in the area. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed with some essentials already in the fridge and breakfast items, which was such a thoughtful touch. The apartment itself has everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay — well-equipped, clean, and cozy. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning and made every morning feel special. While the beach is within walking distance, keep in mind that the way back is a bit of a climb (about 20 minutes uphill), but totally worth it for the peaceful location and the amazing views. All in all, a wonderful experience — we’d love to come back and highly recommend staying here!

Wir hatten schöne Tage in Alessandria, die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral zur Innenstadt und ist trotzdem in einem sehr ruhigen Quartier. Auch mit dem Auto ist die Wohnung sehr gut nutzbar. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

I really enjoyed my stay here! Would definitely recommend. There’s a supermarket just opposite the place but right next to the metro station there is a huge supermarket that is open 24/7. Super convenient! Bianca is a very wonderful and friendly host, she will gladly assist us with any questions we have. Thank you! 😊❤️
