Top-notch Sicilian villa with a pool, volcano view

Beautiful authentic villa in the best Sicilian traditions, with an elegant historic touch in the interior design and at the same time all modern comfort. The swimming pool, overlooking the volcano Etna, has a deep part and the part that is safe for children. The villa is rented esclusively for one group of guests (up to 15 people). There are no other guests, and there is staff that can assist every day during the day. The external territory, including parking, is under security surveillance.

It also offers a convenient and highly appreciated private parking space in the building's inner courtyard, where an electric car charging station is available. The Cavagrande loft is one of three lodgings within the recently renovated lava stone structure. The loft was created from an ancient millstone and has just been redesigned.
