L'arrivée se fait sans difficultés. les explications sont claires et rigoureuses. Le logement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé, dispose d'une bonne literie. La propreté est impeccable. Un valeur sûre pour tout voyageur qui fait une halte à Vienne ou souhaite y séjourner plusieurs jours. Je recommande.

Andreas ist ein freundlicher und hervorragender Gastgeber. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet. Sie war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern gezeigt, bzw. beschrieben. Die Wohnung ist nahe den Weinbergen gelegen. Es gibt einige Heurigen die man zu Fuß gut erreichen kann. Von einer nahegelegenen Bushaltestelle hat man eine gute Anbindung nach Wien in die City. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und haben einige schöne Tag verbracht. Würden für einen weiteren Aufenthalt sofort wieder bei Andreas buchen.

Sehr schöne komfortable Unterkunft für 6 Personen. Sehr schön und funktionell eingerichtet. Da wir sehr schönes Wetter hatten, ist die große Dachterrasse mit den Loungemöbeln ein Highlight in der Unterkunft. Großzügige Zimmer die viel Platz haben um Gepäck unterzubringen und 2 Badezimmer (ein großes und ein kleines), die für 6 Personen völlig ausreichend sind. Die alte Donau vor der Türe ist auch wunderschön und es gibt in der Gegend auch sehr gute Restaurants, die alle gut zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Alina hat sich sehr bemüht uns alle wichtigen Informationen vorab zukommen zu lassen und war auch immer gut erreichbar falls wir Fragen hatten. Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder zurückkommen, wenn wir das nächste Mal in einer Gruppe nach Wien reisen.

Clean and cozy apartment on the lovely tree lined street. Private balcony overlooking quiet backyard. Walking distance to transport, market, park, and cafes. We had a wonderful time and would visit again. Highly recommend.

A great place to stay and enjoy the Donau island, as well as the Vienna city center as it is close to U1 station, you can easily and quickly go to the city center by U1. The whole apartment is so clean and cozy, Niva is very friendly and communicates with warmth and clarity. There are many groceries, markets, restaurants, etc., near the apartment. I had a great time in Vienna staying in this lovely house.

We loved our stay in Vienna at this apartment. We were studying at WU and it was the perfect walking distance to campus (10 minutes) and an easy 5-10 min walk to the metro stations. Roman was very responsive and helped us with any issues we had. We appreciated the simple instructions for check-in and check-out! Overall, a clean and great space for 2 - although it was large and we could've definitely fit more! Thank you Sonja-Maria and Roman for a great stay!

Wir waren das zweite Mal in der tollen Wohnung von Peter und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt... Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich, vor allem die schönen Loungemöbel auf dem Balkon... Auch die Lage der Wohnung ist einfach nur super, man ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß an der alten Donau und in 10 Minuten an der U1 um ich dir Stadt kommen... Die Kommunikation mit Peter war super, er ist sehr freundlich und hat immer direkt reagiert... Vielen Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt....

A very beautiful and comfortable place to stay in Vienna, it matches the vibe of the city perfectly. The bed is very comfortable and I slept great! My only complaint was that it's rather far out of the way of the main city center, but otherwise I'd happily stay here again!

We had a great stay the location is unbelievable right at the center of everything! David was a great host and made sure our check in went smoothly. The unit has a washer/dryer which is super convenient. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. Highly recommend!

My friend and I had a wonderful stay at Sophie’s! The apartment was amazing with a spacious layout, clean and comfortable bed and cute decor. It’s right next to a train station which made getting around very easy. Sophie was super helpful with all our questions! 10/10 recommend!

Am stat în perioada 06-08.06.25 în locuința lui Ted. Locuința a corespuns descrierii și din toate punctele de vedere pot spune ca a fost excelentă, m am simțit ca acasă. Poziție bună , aproape de Prater, stație de metrou în apropiere 300m, BILLA market 300 m și restaurante și cafenele în apropiere. Gazda a fost foarte receptivă , puteți apela cu încredere, m a ajutat cu un chekin mai devreme pentru a putea lăsa bagajele. Parcare cu plată în apropiere iar în week end , parcare în fața apartamentului fără taxă. Mulțumesc Ted, ne vom reîntoarce cu drag!😘

Overall great place to stay! It was close to a lot of really great restaurants and was easily walkable to the city center where most of the site seeing is. The apartment is older and does not have AC, however, the fans did help a lot. It was a bit difficult to coordinate our travels around their small check in window and self check in would be more convenient if you are traveling from another city. Additionally, the pillows on the couch and bed were very worn and need to be updated. They did offer a lot of the essentials needed for our stay and the place was very spacious and clean.

Great stay, clean, quiet, comfy and steps to the metro. Nice neighborhood with ample options for groceries with restaurants nearby. Clemens is a very responsive host.

Rene müthiş bir ev sahibi. Kendisi bize her konuda yardımcı oldu. Apartmanın önünden 2 numaralı tramvay ile 10 dakikada merkezde ulaşabilirsiniz. Ev gayet iyi bir konumda. Havalimanından tam 30 dakikada tek bir tren ile ulaşım sağlanıyor. Bizim açımızdan harika bir deneyim oldu. Bu evi kesinlikle herkese tavsiye ederim.

We spent two very enjoyable weeks in this amazing apartment and would return in a heartbeat. The kitchen is very well appointed and we cooked several meals there. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. A bonus were the double doors on the top patio that allowed us to sit inside while feeling like we were outside. The elevator was smooth and responsive, allowing us to avoid walking up 6 flights. Our contact person was responsive and friendly. This was a great location from which to explore the museums and sights in Vienna.

The apartment was immaculate, close to main train station, the hosts were fabulous! Most excellent! I would definitely recommend the place and o would stay there again without a doubt

Diese Unterkunft liegt amvRand des neuen Sonnwendviertels und ist mit Öffis super angebunden. Der Viktor Adler Markt ist fußläufig erreichbar. Die Dachterrasse ist super!

This apartment was a joy to stay in, and Sara was a fantastic host. Would absolutely stay there again in the future.

Viihdyimme erinomaisesti Slavisan huoneistossa. Sijainti oli mainio: hyvät julkisen liikenteen yhteydet & kauppoja, ravintoloita ja erinomainen leipomo aivan nurkan takana. Slavisa reagoi välittömästi pyyntöihimme ja järjesti kaikki asiat mitä toivoimme. Majoitumme jatkossa oikein mielellämme uudestaan Slavisan erinomaisessa huoneistossa!

Emilia's unit is located on the 2nd floor. Place is 3-4mins walk away from nearest station. And to Stephansplatz is 2 train stops away. There are Billa supermarket, bread shop and post office. We walked across the park to get to the station and the neighbourhood is kids friendly and safe most important. The unit is very spacious as described. The 2 sofa beds in the living room are comfy too. There are 2 big separate dryer and washer amd that's our main pt. We closed the windows all the time to isolate traffic noise. The kitchen also has oven and necessary utensils. The lift maybe small but it's ok to take 2 turns for a family of six. Overall we really recommend taking this unit.

Individuelle Unterkunft mit Charme. Gut ausgestattete Küche, sehr bequeme, große Matratze, große Badewanne mit Sprudel. Wer Filme/Serien oder so schauen möchte bringe sich am besten einen Adapter mit für den Computer (HDMI kommt aus der Wand und ist mit dem Beamer verbunden. Fußläufig gut zu erreichen, sind Bus und Straßenbahn. (Linie zwei empfehlen wir, weil sie oberirdisch ist und man so viel sehen kann). Da wir sehr früh angekommen sind, haben wir auch die Erlaubnis bekommen, früher einzustecken, was wir sehr freundlich fanden. Leider hatten wir dann Probleme die Tür zu öffnen aber nach dem Telefonat mit dem AirBnB Support hat auch das geklappt. Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Wir haben unsere Zeit in Wien sehr genossen.

We had a great stay at this Airbnb in Vienna! The apartment was spacious, very clean, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Getting to the city center was easy with the 42 tram just a short walk away.
