“We have been visiting Altea for years and, without a doubt, I can say that it is the best accommodation we have been in. Pascal and Dominique are a loving couple, super friendly, close and always available. My partner and I have become very fond of them, and that we have only been two days. They open the doors of their home with a smile and all the hospitality in the world. They have given us the possibility of arriving a little earlier to leave our bags and when we left they have also been very flexible. The decoration and layout of the house is unbeatable, merging the old style of the house structure with a more modern and current one. They have everything in mind for you to spend unforgettable days there. They have the detail of leaving you cold drink in the fridge, something sweet, coffee, tea ... in addition to everything you need for cleaning: shampoo, gel, dryer, towels ... They take care of every corner so that you feel comfortable, like at home. The water throughout the house is filtered making it soft and pleasant, there is a constant fresh breeze whatever the time of day, it is very bright, the terrace is a joy ... In addition, it has a full bathroom and a toilet . Being at home these days has been a very beautiful, comfortable and, ultimately, unforgettable experience. We are looking forward to returning to Altea and staying at your home!”
Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with WIFI. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. Just installed new WIFI. We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.
“We, a couple of pensioners from Bern, were on the road for 4 days in Altea and the surrounding area and wanted to see the almond trees blooming. Thanks to the good tips from the landlord Eugenio, our expectations were more than met. The apartment met our expectations. It was clean, in a good location by the sea in Altea. We greatly appreciated the large balcony and were able to experience the great sunrises in the morning and later enjoy breakfast with the sun and sea view. The location of the apartment in Altea is ideal. The thoroughfare with free parking (with a little patience) between the house, the promenade and the sea is no problem at all. At night we were able to fall asleep beautifully with the window open with the soft rustling of the waves. We experienced the landlord Eugenio in a very friendly, helpful and at any time available for questions by phone or WhatsApp. We would book this apartment again at any time and can recommend it with a clear conscience.
