Altefähr - Seebad auf Rügen am Strelasund

Das Seebad Altefähr liegt auf Deutschlands größter Insel Rügen, am Strelasund gelegen und fast ganzjährig per Fähre direkt mit der historischen Hafenstadt Stralsund gegenüber verbunden. Das Haus ist Teil des Ferienparks Sonnengarten, gerade zwei Jahre alt und mit modernster Ausstattung. Unsere Haushälfte hat über 80 Quadratmeter auf zwei Etagen und ist damit der größte Haustyp, mit Platz für fünf Personen. Altefähr ist ein Ort für Wassersport, Angler, jede Form von Aktivurlaub - und Strand.

Wir vermieten unser modernes Reethaus, das 2017 fertiggestellt wurde und malerisch direkt am Focker Strom liegt. Die Einrichtung ist modern, im skandinavischen Stil und großzügig ausgestattet. Ab sofort übernehmen wir alle Airbnb-Gebühren d.h. Ihr als Gäste zahlt nicht mehr die 15% Arbnb-Service-Gebühren, sondern wir übernehmen dies. Diese Änderung wurde von Airbnb vorgenommen. Wir mussten daher unsere Preise um diese 15% erhöhen. Für Euch heisst das: Ihr habt de facto KEINE Preiserhöhung

Die kleine Gästewohnung im Erdgeschoss unseres Einfamilienhauses liegt in einer bevorzugten Lage von Stralsund mit Blick auf den Strelasund und die Insel Rügen und direkter Anbindung an den Ostseeküstenradweg. Es handelt sich um eine Ein-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Bad und Küchenzeile inklusive Geschirrspüler und Kaffeevollautomat. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich eingerichtet und durch das Schrankbett, das sich tagsüber hochklappen lässt, geräumig. Ein Babybett wird auf Wunsch zur Verfügung gestellt.

The old farmhouse is a stone's throw away from Lake Voigdehag, picturesquely situated between old chestnut and lilac bushes. The lively harbor of the Hanseatic city is only 5 minutes away by car, and the island of Rügen with its fantastic beaches can be reached in 10 minutes without having to cross the city traffic. The two country-style apartments are spacious and lovingly furnished. In the adjacent half of the house, the hosts live with two children, dog Ella and cat Lotti.

Hofgut Gurvitz is a district of Rambin, in the quiet southwest of the beautiful island of Rügen. Surrounded by fields right on the edge of the Western Pomerania Lagoon Area National Park, far away from main roads, you can enjoy the silence and nature of the island. From the terrace you have a panoramic view of the Strelasund, the Kubitzer Bodden, as well as the Hiddensee lighthouse on the horizon at night. Die Ferienwohnung "Steernkieker" befindet sich in einem Nebengebäude auf einem großzügigen, privaten Gartengrundstück mit Teichanlage. Entspanne auf Deiner Sonnenterrasse oder starte zu Mecklenburg – Vorpommerns beliebtesten Attraktionen. Die historische Altstadt von Stralsund (UNESCO Weltkulturerbe) ist ca. 10 km entfernt. Surrounded only by meadows and fields, hidden behind the village pond, lies the small manor estate with its main house and old stables. For the past five years, we’ve been carefully restoring it, breathing new life into the 1899 estate. On the upper floor of the manor house – a brick building typical for the region – a spacious, light-filled 114 sqm apartment is waiting for you. The old beams are visible once again. The interior is simple and doesn’t distract.

The loft-style apartment with high-quality furniture and fully equipped kitchen as well as the two bathrooms (one of them en-suite) are furnished with attention to detail and an eye for beauty. Relax in the infrared cabin, which is located in one of the two bedrooms, each equipped with 180x200 box spring beds, or in the freestanding bathtub. Alternatively, you can relax on the large terrace overlooking the harbor and lighthouse.

Our two identical holiday cottages are located in a separate building next to our main house, each with its own private entrance – quiet and private. The sauna is right next to the natural swimming pond and can be used freely, with towels and bathrobes included. The pond is perfect for cooling off after the sauna. Centrally yet peacefully located, directly by the Small Jasmund Bodden and next to a large nature reserve.
