The room is small, cosy and bright, with own entrance and private bathroom. It is located in FREDERSDORF, close to Berlin.It has no kitchen,but a coffee machine, boiler and fridge. It has a bed and couch with sleeping function.The room has an underfloor heating. Self Check-In after 5 pm (with code). A parking spot is availbe.The house is close to train station S Fredersdorf (1,5 km - 5 min. by bus, details below).The train S5 goes directly to Berlin City center (30-40 min). Free Netflix account

Waterfront country house

The house offers plenty of space for two families and you have it all to yourselves. It is located directly on a canal that connects two lakes and has two terraces, one of which is directly on the water. Barrel sauna and hot tub are available for exclusive use in the garden. We still use the house often ourselves, which is why it has a fully equipped kitchen. Look forward to two bathrooms, two master bedrooms, two youth bedrooms, a living room with dining area and a lounge for movie evenings.

Im Naturpark der Märkischen Schweiz, im hübschen Waldsieversdorf, steht unsere 50 m2 Holzhütte auf einem separaten Grundstück mit eigenem Garten. Es liegt idyllisch am Waldrand des Stöbbertals. Die Holzhütte ist voll isoliert, so dass ihr hier auch im Winter gemütlich wohnen könnt. Es gibt einen 7 KW Kamin, der euch mit ein paar Scheiten Holz angenehme und langanhaltende Wärme spendet. Außerdem gibt es im Bad einen Stromheizkörper. Im Schlafzimmer steht ein bequemes großes Boxspringbett .

Many animals live on our farm. A swimming lake in the village is within walking distance - the Alte Oder, forest, meadows and fields invite you to experience nature and simply "unwind." The Birkenhof includes several acres of land with meadows, fruit and vegetable gardens and our small birch grove, which gave the farm its name. The farmhouse is ideal for families or small groups. The farmhouse can also be rented together with the stable building and laundry.
