Dear guests! We are glad that you are interested in our apartment. In this apartment of over 120 square meters in Over, Seevetal, you are about 700 meters from the Elbe. In addition to walking distance to enjoy nature (hiking trails, nature reserve, beach with swimming), you are by car in about 25 minutes to downtown Hamburg. A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away. A large supermarket with a bakery and an Italian restaurant are about 1 km away.

We rent out our beautiful, privately used apartment in Blankenese from time to time for long stays. It has three sun balconies overlooking the garden and forest. There is a large living room with dining and working area, a spacious bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a shower and bath. The open, almost loft-like cut, the high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling panoramic windows let in a lot of light. This makes the old building look very modern.

Kick back and relax in this calm, 95 square meter space. Or take a walk to the "Himmelsleiter" [sky ladder], which leads you down to the Elbe beach and enjoy the maritime atmosphere there. A drink and/or fish sandwich at the beach pearl are recommended. For bike tours to nearby Ottensen or along the Elbe, I can gladly provide you with bicycles on request. The bus (Ernst-August-Straße) stops almost at the front door / parking is free.

The spacious apartment is in the immediate vicinity to Blankeneser Marktplatz (5 minutes walk to the S-Bahn) opposite Goßler Park. The apartment is located in an Art Nouveau villa on the ground floor and has been renovated and modern furnished in 2019. The approx. 110 m² are divided into four rooms, hallway , kitchen, toilet, and bathroom. We have placed special emphasis on the facilities that invite you to linger and feel good

The bright and modern rooms are very cozy and invite you to linger. It should be mentioned that the bedrooms are all accessible via stairs. The nature reserve with a large playground, as well as the Holstentherme, are within walking distance. HH Airport is about 25 minutes by car.

It is perfect for exploring Hamburg or for cycling or walking. Lüneburg and the Lüneburg Heath are also not far away. There is a bus line to Hamburg-Harburg or Winsen Luhe. 5 km from the Hoopte ferry terminal and 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful Seeve nature reserve.

Since September 2019, we are now offering this quiet yet centrally located apartment. This beautiful 2-room apartment is fully equipped and can accommodate 1-6 people. With a comfy double bed, a large pull-out couch set, a large, thick folding mattress, two baby travel beds and its own small garden, there is nothing to be comfortable.
