The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

The shower room is newly renovated. You can walk to the bus stations on Frohmestrasse. There are also all shops, post office and restaurants. The exit of the A 7, Schnelsen, is around the corner. Das Atelier-Apartment (ca 30 qm) befindet sich in einem 400 qm großem Obergeschoss eines Mitte des 19 Jhdt. erbauten Kavalleriegebäudes zusammen mit einigen Künstlerateliers. Es steht ein kostenloser Parkplatz zur Verfügung. Das Apartment hat ein eigenes Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. Eine Bushaltestelle mit direkter City-Anbindung ca. 200 m entfernt.

Wohnung frisch renoviert und komplett neu ausgestattet. Schöne Fachwerkwände runden die Raumgestaltung ab. Durch das Fenster hat man Blick auf den grünen Garten mit altem Baumbestand und das mitten in Altona. Duschwanne hat eine niedrige Decke und aufgrund des Alters des Gebäudes, hört man manchmal die Heizungsrohre „klopfen“.

Our listed Art Nouveau house is located in Hamburg's Elbe suburbs, very quiet and amidst greenery, about 20 minutes from the city, close to public transport and shops. There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.

We built the house in 2019 and live on the ground floor with our 3 children. We offer our guest room with a separate entrance, bathroom and kitchen. The house is located directly at the beautiful Jenischpark and close to the river Elbe. Bus, train and ferry can be reached within 2-15 walking minutes.
