The bright and modern apartment Gustav is located on the 1st floor of a new building from 2016. The connection to the city is very good. On foot you can reach the Langenfelde S-Bahn station in about 4 minutes. From there, an S-Bahn [suburban train] runs every 10 minutes to the city center or the harbor. Duration to the city center (Stadthausbrücke) 16 minutes. On foot you can reach in approx. 8 minutes two shopping opportunities: Penny (8:00 am - 11:00 pm) and REWE City (8:00 am - 12:00 am)

The beautiful bright in-law in our semi-detached house in Othmarschen is characterized by contemporary and stylish design, loving details and much more. On the upper floor of the apartment (ground floor) there is living room including bedroom and private kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, etc. If you go down through the stairs, you will find yourself in a small hallway through which you can get into the pretty full bath. The S-Bahn runs just across the street.

You can enjoy life like Hanseatic merchants in our house from 1907, with all modern amenities. Workplace and Nespresso help with work, the lounge and sofa corner with TV (TV, Netflix) invite you to relax, and for the children there is a play area directly under the roof (with secret hiding place). The spacious penthouse (90 m²) can be reached at any time via a private staircase. Centrally located in the west of Hamburg, you can quickly get to the Elbe and the S-Bahn.

A 44-square-meter apartment with shower room and kitchenette. It is bright and friendly and centrally located between St. Pauli, Ottensen and the Sternschanze. Our listed Art Nouveau house is located in Hamburg's Elbe suburbs, very quiet and amidst greenery, about 20 minutes from the city, close to public transport and shops. There are many restaurants nearby, green areas, parks etc. No infants (under 6 years old). Dogs (max. 2) are welcome at a cost of €12 per dog/night.

The apartment is in a quiet location surrounded by a forest park and in the north by meadowland with horse stud farms. In 30 minutes walking south through a forest you can reach the Elbe bank (Falkenstein). My place is good for solo and business travelers. (I only rent to individuals.)
