Elisa’s home is the perfect place to stay in Mexico City! Her place is in the best neighborhood, and is so close to everything you need. We loved having two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom - it was perfect for the three of us. The beds are super comfy, and the fans were perfect for warm evenings. We really can’t say enough about how great this place is and how wonderful a host Elisa is! She answered all of our questions immediately, and we loved the keyless entry. It was super easy when we arrived, and made coming and going during our stay easy as well. If you’re looking for a place in Coyoacán, you should stay here!

Es la segunda vez que me quedó en el lugar y me gusta mucho. Es un lugar muy tranquilo qué está muy conectado y accesible. Además me agrada que sea una planta baja. Definitivamente volvería.

The worst first: hot water was v unreliable during our stay. In 6 days, we only ended up with 2 hot showers. While Mario and co were extremely responsive about this, the issue persisted. So if reliable hot water is a deal breaker for you, this probably isn't the right place for you to stay. Otherwise, the apartment was great! Extremely centrally located in a fun, safe, and bustling neighborhood, it was also somehow maybe the quietest airbnb I've ever stayed in, perfect for sensitive sleepers. The apartment was immaculately clean and spotless, as well as being beautifully decorated. I've never seen an airbnb so prepared for small children (crib, child locks, etc) or the mobility impaired (grab bar, seat in shower); while neither of these were relevant to my travel party, I was still impressed with the readiness. Mario and team were great to deal with and even recommended a wonderful, reasonably priced driver who we ended up working with extensively. I recommend!!

Justo lo que necesitábamos para nuestra estancia en ese dia. Tere muy atenta. La ubicación y el espacio en si, son excelentes y de primer nivel, tal vez vendría bien una tele en alguna de las recamaras pero fuera de eso, es una magnífica opción. Gracias por la estancia tan agradable

This house is situated on a street that has plenty of stores for all your basic needs, it's a short walk to major commercial outlets. I was teaching at Tec de Monterrey which was within easy walking distance. I was there for ten days, and in the middle Laura had cleaners come without additional cost to me. Laura was an excellent host, fast to respond, and always available to answer questions and address any concerns I had (I had none). If you are wanting to stay in the southern part of Mexico City, this is a great spot.

This place is an absolute gem. We couldn’t have hoped for a more perfect accommodation during our weeks in Mexico City. The house is situated in the backyard of Mateo‘s and Ana‘s home, everything is decorated with attention to detail and a great sense of style. The house had everything we needed for our stay, which lasted several weeks. The neighborhood (Coyoacán) was our favorite in all of Mexico City as it is safe, has a lot of parks, restaurants and coffee places (and of course the Frida Kahlo Museum) but is not as gentrified as the north. Mateo and Ana are wonderful people and great hosts. I would 100% recommend this Airbnb.

This was the first time in 4 years that we stayed in the beautiful city of Mexico City for over 7 days. We usually stay in Centro Historico for about 3 or 4 nights but this time we decided to venture out of downtown and stay in Coyoacan. Cata's place was a nice highlight of our stay. Her place is very welcoming, that when you enter her home, you are greeted with a a great view of the kitchen, dining area, living room and then a small outdoor patio. Walk up stairs and you go into the bedroom with its own bathroom and also with its own private patio. The patio leads to the terrace of the home where she has an office to get some work done (that was where I spent most of my hours as I had to work while I was there). Her neighborhood feels safe, very well lit and is only just 15 minutes walking distance from the main plaza in Coyoacan. I would definitely stay there again!!

Departamento muy bonito y cómodo, en una zona muy tranquila. Maria estuvo pendiente de nuestra llegada y de nuestras dudas. Mil gracias por la atención y por tan bello lugar 😻

El departamento superó mis expectativas, super bien equipado. Si bien el edificio no es tan lindo ni nuevo, como remodelaron el departamento parece otro lugar. El balcon si bien da al pulmon de la manzana, tiene vista bastante abierta y da el sol. Ademas hay una mesita con enchufe y pude trabajar desde ahi. El equipamiento de cocina es super completo: cafetera de filtro, prensa francesa, ollas, sartenes, tostadora, microondas... de todo. Y ademas algo que suma mucho es que tiene filtro de agua potable. Tiene dos baños, tambien super equipados y lavadora y secadora. Es muy tranquilo ya que no da a la calle, por lo cual se puede descansar muy bien. El trato y la atención de Ren fue impecable. Necesite instrucciones con la cafetera y contesto de inmediato, super atento a todo. La zona en si es la zona rosa, no es lo mas top de CDMX pero esta cerca de todo y se puede andar tranquilo. Definitivamente super conforme y lo volvería a elegir! Muchas gracias!

El lugar es tal como se muestra en las fotos, está en una zona segura y muy accesible. Columba una super host, siempre al pendiente y asegurándose que todo estuviera bien. El personal de seguridad del edificio también excelente atención.

Fue una estancia increíble, desde el inicio Luis nos permitió dejar nuestro equipaje mientras daba la hora de ingresar. El lugar súper seguro, y si vas a algún congreso al WTC la entrada está justo cruzando la calle. Estuvo perfecto todo!!!

Meinen gute 4 Wochen dauernden Aufenthalt in Gaby's Appartement, und vor allem die kleine, aber wunderbare Terrasse, habe ich sehr genossen! Auf dieser konnte ich, da es die trockene Jahreszeit war (Mitte April bis Mitte Mai), ganze Tage verbringen, da sie immer gleichzeitig Sonne und Schatten bot. Es war genügend (hübsches!) Geschirr und auch Gartenstühle vorhanden, sodass ich auch Freund Innen zum Frühstück/Essen einladen konnte. Ich fühlte mich sehr ungestört und trotzdem stets mit höflicher Aufmerksamkeit bedacht. Das Appartement ist etwas dunkel und kühl, was jedoch zu dieser warmen Jahreszeit (es hat, bis auf wenige Male am Abend/Nacht keinen Tag geregnet) eher angenehm war. Das Appartement liegt im Halbkeller einer von ca. 30 Maisonnettewohnungen, die - gut und sicher bewacht- rund um einen parkähnlichen schönen Innenhof mit Sringbrunnen und hohen Bäumen gebaut wurden, in einer der schönsten Straßen Coyoacáns. Ein kleines Einkaufszentrum liegt fußläufig 15 Min. entfernt.

Absolutely loved this place. Beautiful apartment with lovely decorations and all the necessary amenities. Adrián was proactive in communicating with us about check in and made sure he was around to let us in. He gave us tips and recommendations and was available for any questions we may have along the way. The apartment was off the main Street so very quiet but close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be staying here on our next visit to CDMX!

Es un lindo espacio cuya ubicación es recomendable por lo fácil que es llegar. Nos encantó que es muy tranquilo. Tiene una linda terraza. Es importante comentar que es reducido, pero cómodo. Disfrutamos la estancia.
