We had a great stay! The house is really very suitable for several people whether family or with friends. The kitchen has plenty of space to cook and eat together. The living room is also very large to spend time together. Nevertheless, you have enough space and space to retreat . Everything is as on the pictures modern, large and cozy. The location is excellent! Right in the city to see a lot of Ypres. A great and large park is also right by the house. Everything is within walking distance. The contact with Thomas was great, fast, friendly and always clear. Kind regards, Christina with family

Very functional accommodation, everything it takes to spend a few days. The place is very quiet and pleasant with a nice view of the garden. The kitchen is functional and has all the amenities. The bedroom is accessible by a retractable staircase that seems scary but that you can easily tame 🙂 The bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower and the water should be scraped to drain it completely. But here too the bathroom is very functional. The must is the welcome, on arrival as well as on departure, of the cats. 🐱 If you like cats, you will be delighted! 🙂

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Peaceful, rural, modern and opening out to all the beauty surrounding it. Very well equipped kitchen! A couple of small issues due to being in the country, but Laura was very responsive, and it would certainly not put us off returning

Beautiful cottage, spacious and nice garden. Nice area for hiking. Nice cities nearby, of which Kortrijk surprised us positively. Highly recommended!8

Rita was a great host who made us feel welcome when we arrived place was clean and very peaceful, Rita left us some fresh eggs for breakfast to lovely

Our stay was just a couple of nights, a very restful couple of nights. The huge bed in the loft made us feel like kids at a sleepover again. Very comfortable bed. The place was just as described and Vanessa gave us a great list of places and things to do in the area. We absolutely recommend a stay here when in Dunkirk.

Beautiful location and a spacious apartment! The interior is a bit outdated, but equipped with everything you need. The communication with Vera and Arno was excellent. We have enjoyed a few nice days.

Christophe and Sylvie are very friendly and welcoming hosts, an impeccable accommodation very well equipped! We had a great time! The jacuzzi was very nice after the day of sightseeing! We will come back without hesitation!

Just returned back from Franck’s place and had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was cozy, clean, and beautifully decorated. The garden was great with a lovely heated pool and very nice outdoor furniture. The house itself is very well equipped with everything you could need and the beds were very comfortable. Franck was incredibly attentive, providing helpful tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. There are some very nice bakeries and restaurants locally and the location is perfect for going to visit places like Lille, Lens and Arras. We would happily stay here again!

What a wonderful stay at Tiny Kot. Lakeside, alpaca and emu roaming around. Hot tub was very welcome on our muscles as we were cycle touring Belgium. Wonderful host Olivier who really made us feel welcome. Tiny Kot has everything you need. Would love to return :)

As a previous reviewer has mentioned, the photos do not do this place justice. Huge windows in every bedroom with beautiful views over the sea and surrounding areas. Loved it!

Wow, was the first reaction when we stopped and went inside. The house is super nice, cozy. It is much larger than it appears in the photos. Beautiful spacious well-kept garden. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a perfect stay! The place was spotless, peaceful, and had everything we needed. It was the ideal spot to unwind and relax. Our dog especially loved the garden, it was a real treat for hee. Highly recommended!

Excellent stay at Marie-Estelle's. The house is spacious, the rooms well distributed. Very good comfort, lots of storage space. A pleasant patio and a very welcoming host. In short, go to her place without hesitation. I would highly recommend🙂👍.

We spent very nice days here. The apartment and the view to the front of the sea and back into nature are great! At the moment it is very quiet here, just right for us. A small grocery store with bakery is easily accessible on foot, otherwise you only have to drive a few minutes by car. Nathalie is a very good host, greeted us personally and was easily accessible for us.

This place was worth every penny! I didn't remember seeing what floor the apt was located on (I could've asked 🙂), because I do not do heights and may have shy'd away, but I am glad that we stayed there! We clearly see why Chantel is a Superhost, from the immaculate apartment, to the unexpected doggy treats, fresh scents throughout the apt and sheets, to the super-fast internet. We felt right at home and were able to watch live TV and Netflix! She provided everything you'd need for cooking (awesome grocery store in walking distance), expresso, and more! There were a few restaurants around, but we wish there were more, like there were at the Belgium Pier (google maps it) area. Zero issues parking and it's really cheap. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better host and apt to stay at. We HIGHLY recommend!

The studio was easy to get to, located close to the beach, even has nice balcony with view to the sea. Very nicely located to spend some time in Nieuwpoort. Great find!

Perfect welcome, although Virginie was not there at the moment of our arrival. Her daughter was there to help us. A perfect appartment. Very quiet and very clean. The "Welcome beer" and the delicious wafers were an excellent "high-light" This appartment is highly recommendable.
