Beachfront holiday rental in Alvin

My family of four had a wonderful time at this beach house. It's quiet & peaceful. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the neighborhood park/pool & 5 minute drive to the beach, restaurants & shopping. The house was clean and cozy. The kitchen had most essentials and the beds were comfortable. Overall, a great stay and we would definitely return

Great little place. Simple and clean, all I needed while I was in town taking some classes. Remarkably close to a private waterfront neighborhood park with great views. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Debra was extremely quick to respond, helpful, and very thoughtful (even offered me muffins!). Would stay again.

This is our 2nd time staying at Vincent’s beach house, and it’s likely the place we will seek out on future trips to Galveston. We love the amount of space, beautiful gulf views, proximity to the peaceful private beach, and that it is pet friendly. The space is clean, and had all the amenities needed to enjoy our weeklong visit. Thanks again Vincent for another wonderful stay!

Great stay! The only thing would be the hot tub chemicals were quite strong but they quickly got them leveled out for us and we couldn't have been happier! wonderful place and will definitely be booking again next time we come down!

Picture it: You're at the beach looking for the perfect place to pitch your tent for the day. You look for the line where the wet sand from waves ends, and you leave a little space for the kids' sand castles. There it is- the perfect spot. But wait! Don't haul out those tent poles and sand bags because right there, in that very spot, is an entire beach house ready for your next beach vacation! This house solved every complaint I've ever had about taking kids to the beach. A (nice, full) bathroom at beach level. Shade from the sun without lifting a finger. Every toy and chair that we brought safely tucked just an arm's reach away on the deck. Depending on the kid's age, I could send them to the beach while I drank my coffee from the recliner overlooking the waves in the morning, or send them up to the living room when they were done for the day while I waited with the others on the beach. Inside: - 180˚ views - So many beds! - Clean - Well decorated - Wonderful host 10/10!

Absolutely loved our stay! The heated pool, and quick and easy access to the beach was exactly what we were looking for! Loved having a balcony overlooking the pool and able to see the beach as well so our teenager was able to roam independently while we kept an eye on him. Also close to the Seawall and Moody Gardens and a lot of delicious places to eat. Will definitely like to book again in the future!

Walking distance to the beach! Across the street are Seawall stairs. Everything was so clean and well stocked. The ac felt great after a long day swimming. Very responsive and helpful! Would love to come back!

Very easy to find and in a great location for those of you that want a quieter beach but still close to everything.

The host is very easy to communicate with! This place is amazing and we miss it already. From the minute you walk in, those VIEWS!! It was never really busy at the pool, and even if it was it's a 300 foot pool. Not much to worry about. Beach access was easy, the condo itself was clean and enjoyable and quiet! We are very much a "chill out on vacation" mode family and we still were able to go swim at all times and come back and relax. Great place, I see us being back one day. We're already homesick for that place and those views!

David was very prompt to messages and we were able to check in early. I felt like he really cared about making our last minute get away great. The condo is exactly as described and a nice spot for my husband and I to unwind. You can't go wrong with this little hideaway. Jody and Michael

If you want a relax weekend this is the place! Beautiful view, so close the beach! The house looks just like the pictures! 10/10! If you’re going to Galveston, be ready with cash if you are going to Take the San Louis bridge ☺️

Adorable beach house in THE BEST location!! Literally a walk through the backyard and over a bridge through the dunes to the beach!! Loved that we shared this area with a few families that rented on the same row. Almost like having a private beach at times. The host was always super friendly in her communication! Will definitely consider rebooking this property if ever back in Surfside 🏖️

Well-appointed, super clean accommodations and a wonderful host are what you get at this oceanfront Airbnb! We enjoyed watching huge pods of pelicans cruise the shoreline for their daily catches + a quiet and peaceful vibe the entire week!!

The home is very roomy and perfect for a family or a larger group. The home has been nicely renovated and is decorated well. It has a charming and cozy vibe. The pool area is very nice, well maintained and clean. This home offers so many amenities. Gregg and Elise are wonderful hosts and communicators. They have anticipated and provided for every possible need that may arise during a stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! Even with nearby homes, it felt quiet, peaceful, and surprisingly private—perfect for our family getaway. House was exactly as pictured, with a cozy, beach-weathered charm. The downstairs outdoor space was a highlight, and the hot tub was a great bonus (some sand in it, but totally expected at the beach!). The beach gear was definitely past its prime, but still appreciated and useful. The views were absolutely unbeatable, and despite the slightly higher price, we felt the experience and location were worth it. The only issue we had was an unexpected visit from a man who said he was there to check on some repairs. No one had notified us, and he entered bedrooms—including one where teenage girls were sleeping and our personal belongings were out. It caught us off guard, and I had to reach out to confirm he was actually sent by the host. A heads-up beforehand would’ve made us feel much more comfortable. Overall though, we had a fantastic stay!

Curtis is a great host with great hospitality and the home is equipped with everything you need and want. Very peaceful and quiet neighborhood and steps away from the beach. If I can give 10 stars I would, it was a small storm and it was very comforting that Curtis took time out his day to check in on us to make sure we were ok and if we needed anything. I utilize air bnbs alot when I travel and this by far is my #1 and favorite.

Let start by saying we have had Large family Beach Vacations for over 35 yrs and we owned a Beach Vacation home in Port Aransas for 13 yrs. Surfside Paradise was more than we expected. This was our first visit to Surfside Tx so we were not sure what to expect but we were all very pleased with the Town, The Beach, the people,and restaurants/bar&grills. Everyone was extremely friendly. The House and its location was perfect. The house is extremely well thought out and decorated it was very comfortable with our 15 family and friends (7) being kids. Cooking for large group was easy with everything there to cook with, and on days that it rained the kids loved the upstairs game area and the adults enjoyed the large table downstairs for card games.The indoor Elevator was a welcome convenience. The Beach location was perfect and very easy to get on and off with the private Boardwalk, the beach was clean and being able to sit on the porch and watch the sunrise made for beautiful day.Thank You
