Welcome to this quiet, newly-built eco-friendly accommodation in the heart of nature ❤️ Here you will find a kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, oven, coffee maker. There is a washing machine as well as toilet & shower. On the terrace outside the cottage, there are tables & chairs 🙌 The property consists of two cottages: a fully-equipped cottage with a 180 cm double bed & a 130 cm sofa bed & another small cottage next door with two 90 cm beds (this one has no running water 💦) Please note: This home is not suitable for families with children under 10 years of age!

Here on Hållnäshalvön, a unique open coast spreads out with many opportunities for nature experiences. Several coastal hikes, with a rich flora, rich animal and bird life. In addition, take part in industrial environments, old agricultural areas and traces of the Viking Age. I am happy to share my favorite places. Starry sky that shines in the dark night. Unique accommodation with pool table, movie projector and pool. The pool is available June-August. Craving a movie night? Here you can watch movies in front of a 100" screen with Dolby Atmos sound system. You sleep on memory foam mattresses. Family with children? We lend out a travel bed, toys, books - and a slide to the pool. There is free parking and Wi-Fi. Electric vehicle charging is available at an agreed price. The house has its own entrance with a gate code and is an extension of the main building where the owner lives. Welcome!

Newly built villa, private, by a lake

Relax in this peaceful accommodation and enjoy the lake view and nature. Here you live in a brand new one-story villa with large windows and huge sliding doors facing the lake. The house has a wood-burning stove and underfloor heating throughout. The house has 3 bedrooms and 1 room with a sofa bed. Open-plan living room and kitchen with a fantastic view. The house has a terrace of about 75 m2, part of which is a cozy covered patio. There are Canadians, and you can swim from the property. There is a nice beach 7 minutes away.

Cabin by Testeboån

The cottage is located right by Testeboån, about 2 meters from the veranda. It is possible to both swim and fish, or sit in the sunset and look out on the water. The cottage is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay. Wi-Fi, TV and parking are included. It is possible to borrow a washing machine, charge an electric car or rent the sauna, for a small fee. If you want to visit Gävle, there are bike paths, or you can take the bus from the bus stop, which is within 200 meters. During the summer, we sell vegetables.

The Brewery in Sund

Close to Forsmark! You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. We rent out our brewery on our farm. In the brewery house there are two double beds (one consists of two single beds) and a day bed. The renter brings their own bed linens/bath towels (possibility to rent these) Perfect for those who live in another location and need a place to stay during the job period, or just want to get closer to nature. Hållnäs coast is only a few kilometers away! Cleaning before departure is done by the person renting.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2 km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop, 4-minute walk. The timber house is in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from being torn down when it was moved here. The interior design is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Välkommen till en gård med ett fräscht och bekvämt hus från 1892. Vackert beläget i Örsundaåns dalgång med skog, åkrar och mycket fina omgivningar. Därtill i ett lugnt och enskilt läge med en stor trädgård och promenadvänliga grusvägar. Huset utgör flygelbyggnad till det större huset som i dag är obebott vilket ger er ett ostört boende. Du kan enkelt ta dig hit med Uppsala läns regionbuss 225 mellan Heby och Enköping med en hållplats 200 m från boendet.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home. Wonderful private sandy beach in a shallow bay, perfect for families with small children. Stunning panoramic views of Öregrundsgrepen and Gräsö. Sea view from the living room, kitchen and bedroom in a southern bay where the sunsets are magical. A wood-fired sauna for the bad summer days or the nice long evenings to enjoy. The house is located in Kallviken on popular Stenskär, about 8 km from Öregrund.
