Luxury Villa in Popular AZ Resort

Located within a popular southwestern AZ resort at an elevation of 2900 feet (which results in lower temperatures and spectacular mountain and high desert views. Our area's average temperature, January through April is 74 degrees. The annual average temperature is 85 degrees. You will reside in an up-scale 3 room suite. The property was completely refurbished in 2014. Work was completed in June at an expense of over $20,000. Included in the refurbishments were: all new carpet, all interior walls painted, new tables and 6 chairs, a new sofa, new washer/dryer, new headboards, a new flat panel HDTV in the MBR, improved sound proofing, new housewares, new linens, blankets and towels, and silverware. The suite comes with a full set of amenities, including linens, towels, blankets, coffeemaker, refrigerator, toaster, 2 wide screen high definition (HD) local cable TVs, Wi-Fi Internet and microwave. The kitchen has a range/oven, dishwasher, cookware, and dishes. The dining area has a table and 4 chairs plus two bar stools at the counter top, A new washer/dryer is available in a closed space, near a large walk-in closet and roomy vanity area. We are members of the Green Valley Recreation (GVR) Centers which have 13 recreational facilities (more than 18 million dollars in facilities) within an 8 mile radius, that are available to our guests for a modest fee. GVR offers swimming, physical fitness facilities, tennis courts, continuing education classes, art and crafts clubs, and social events. Both a restaurant and a golf course are within walking distance. There are four golf courses within five miles and over ten restaurants within 10 miles.

There is a nice outdoor heated pool and workout center. Close to the long and scenic Anza trail perfect for hiking and birdwatching. Walking distance to the town center and all the artsy little shops in town. Both bedrooms have comfortable queen size beds and office tables. Townhouse has a water filtration system.
