Cozy house offers beautifully refinished original hardwood floors, great covered patio in back and relaxing view of our amazing West Texas sunsets. Within one block of landscaped West Hills park. 2 car driveway for off street parking Walmart, United grocery store, and Walgreens less than a mile away. Easy access to Amarillo Boulevard. + NO SMOKING allowed in the home or on my property, including front yard, patio, back patio and backyard. Garage is not for guest use. I do not host to locals.

We visit Amarillo often to visit our daughter and her growing family. This is now our favorite place to stay! Beautiful home, the front and backyard are lush and green with beautiful flowers and garden. The backyard has a gazebo which was our spot for morning coffee. The house is homey, comfortable, clean, on a corner lot so it's private, the beds were very comfortable, and the home is in a quiet neighborhood. We absolutely loves our stay.

What can I say, an amazing place with an even better view! You cannot get more scenic than this, especially for the price. Everything was great, except I wish there was a little more of a pronounced entrance at night. It was a little difficult to find when coming to the place after dark. Other than that, I utterly enjoyed the stay.

Rick and Brandon’s place was just as described. Don’t let the description as a “duplex” scare you away. It is a huge space with two bedrooms, a very comfy king sized bed, large dining room, kitchen, bathroom with deep old-style bathtub, large living room, comfortable furniture, and on top of all that, you have a private fenced yard space all to yourselves, super helpful if you have pets. The quality for the cost was excellent. Highly recommend.
