Elton Guest House Family Suite

Elton Guest House is a former farm house lovingly restored by the current owner. Close to Matlock and Bakewell and attractions such as Chatsworth House. The grounds feature ample parking in our cobbled courtyard and an old lamp post and water pump on the frontage. The family suite consists of two bedrooms, one large bed sitter with a double and twin beds and a separate twin room and en suite bathroom. Breakfast is included in the price. Owners are usually on site. Village has a pub and good shop. Parking on the drive and full electric vehicle charging at cost of power. Safe storage for bikes. Use of the garden with extensive country views and gas BBQ . Price is £70 for up to 2 people and £20 pppn extra up to 4 people plus airbnb fees

Willows Caravan

Willows one of our deluxe caravans and is a two-bedroom caravan situated in a quiet location within our grounds. It has a double bedroom, single bedroom, kitchen, lounge and dining room area, and a bathroom. This caravan has full central heating throughout. Our online booking facility is set for arrivals on Mondays (minimum stay 4 nights) & Fridays (minimum stay 3 nights). One spacious en-suite bedroom within a stone farmhouse in annexe with own entrance - situated in a village on the Staffordshire Way. Easy access to Alton Towers, JCB Rocester, Peak District, Derbyshire Dales, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. The Duncombe Arms is within walking distance. Use of breakfast room, fridge and microwave. Breakfast includes cereals, orange juice, toast yogurts. Cooked breakfasts by prior arrangement £7/head. We provide a friendly and relaxed environment.

We are ideally situated on the Chatsworth Estate within the Peak District, close to Chatsworth House itself, Haddon Hall, Bakewell, Eyam, Matlock, Castleton, Buxton and Sheffield.
