Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Amber Valley

Myself, my partner and our dog had a wonderful few days at Bridgefoot cottage, the photos don't do it justice is is bigger than it looks and so cosy. the garden is such a gem our dog loved it, fully enclosed and the hot tub was perfect after a long walk in the morning. Cottage itself was pristine, full of character and had everything we needed so we didn't need to contact the host for anything additional but I'm sure he would have been quick to help if we needed it. We cooked most nights but did order from the Indian (menu in the welcome book) which was a lovely change, we also walked into Calver and had some cake from the cafe there next to the Spar shop which was delicious. Great location with lots of beautiful walks nearby, one starting over the bridge and another if you turn left out of the cottage and continue down the lane you will pass through sheep fields and find yourself at Froggat woods. It truly felt like a home away from home and we would love to return in the future

Absolutely beautiful place, everyone was impressed when they arrived! Beds were lovely and comfortable, bathrooms and showers were great, and we loved the hot tub! There was so much space and such beautiful surroundings. Really quick drive to the closest train station too, so was nice and easy to pick people up as they arrived. And the hosts were super helpful. Can't recommend enough!

Had a wonderful stay with my friends for 1 night! Perfect for a big group, lovely bedrooms and a big sized living room. Set in a gorgeous location with countryside views. We had a great meal in the local pub and made use of the hot tub at the property. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend to anyone!

We have just stayed here for our honeymoon, eckington is so beautiful!! it’s a great little lodge to stay in & the hot tub is an added bonus and great after long days of walking etc. it was a good hub for all the outside activities most places like chatsworth, Bakewell, hardwick hall, Matlock and so on were between 20-40mins drive away so perfect for the day trips out. There were some lovely pubs and a little Italian in the village & Aldi is literally around the corner to stock up the fridge! The lodge itself was very clean, and a well equipped kitchen for at home meals/lunch making for days out. The only addition I would say that a spare blanket would be lovely for when chilling on the sofa! Rebecca was wonderful and anything you needed she was more than happy to accommodate! Would 100% recommend for a doggie or non doggie holiday away 🦮🐶

This a wonderful getaway house that's still quite accessible from Manchester. The hot tub has a fantastic view and the kitchen is great to cook in

Lovely stay at Runner Ducks Cottage. Stayed here on our way to the Lake District. Charlotte was very accommodating and even allowed our parents to park their camper van on their property as they were joining us on the journey 😊. Very cosy cottage surrounded by animals and beautiful countryside. The hot tub was a huge hit and it was wonderful to chill in there whilst taking in the beautiful view. Wow! We had an incredible stay at the Cabin @ Atlow Mill. The whole set up at Atlow Mill is beautiful and without fault. James was helpful from the start, sending us clear instructions, information and even offering flexible check in. When we arrived, James greeted us - even insisting on carrying our suitcases to the cabin ☺️. James showed us around the cabin, explained where everything was and showed us how to use everything. James also provided really helpful tips for walking routes, parking, where to eat etc. The cabin itself is immaculate, finished to an incredibly high standard and well stocked with all you could need - even Prosecco ☺️. As per one of James’ recommendations, we walked across the sheep fields into Hognaston and enjoyed a lovely dinner at the Red Lion. We also enjoyed a trip to Carsington with a long walk around the reservoir. We could not praise or recommend the cabin at Atlow Mill, and James & Chloe as hosts, more highly. We hope to be back again soon!

An absolute gem of a place! Exquisitely decorated with the best fixtures and fittings, luxury bedding and towels in an idyllic setting. Perfect for my girls weekend away, the hot tub was the icing on the cake. We will be back!

Really enjoyed our stay at the cabin, my family had a wonderful time and could not recommend this place enough. Liz was great at communicating with us throughout our stay, she was lovely and welcoming. We definitely plan on staying again, perfect place for a quiet and relaxing break.

The Alton Lodge was a fantastic stay! Lovely place, with lots of space and great amenities. Thanks to Watson the caretaker, for lighting the hot tub and for the tour! Definitely recommend!

Great place to stay with friends, the photos don't do it justice. Very clean and bigger than we thought. The only thing needed is hooks in the bathrooms for towels, as there isn't anywhere to hang them. Also to supply some basic amenities such as hand soap in each bathroom. Other than that a top place to stay with friends or family.
