Cozy apartment near the beach

The bis workshop is located in the heart of the Opal Coast in the small town of Marquise. Between Boulogne and Calais our apartment is ideally located for visiting our beautiful Opal Coast and its beaches (all around 12km)as well as many activities (Naussica, swimming pool, quad bike, ice rink ...). Close to all amenities ( supermarket , restaurants, etc...) free parking 150m away. The apartment has an individual entrance, where there is the possibility to store surfboard, bike etc.

Let yourself be lulled while admiring the sea, comfortably seated on the living room sofa... Our apartment is located on the 6th and top floor of the "Grand Bleu" (accessible by elevator). It has a magnificent sea view, allowing you to admire the Boulogne lighthouse on one side and the Côte d'Opale and the English cliffs on the other if the weather is mild. Access to the beach is directly at the foot of the apartment, with the children's pool just opposite.

In the heart of the still authentic fishing village of Audresselles, the sea at the end of the street with its beautiful pebble beach, nature walks along the coast with the GR120 (Customs Trail), on foot or by bike, the protected site of the 2 Capes, England just opposite. Small shops and typical restaurants, a family atmosphere and good-natured. Street parking is free and easy, the neighborhood is residential. Important: no smoking/pets allowed

The apartment, with courtyard views, is located on the 3rd floor of a building with a unique character, quiet and secure (video surveillance) with elevator access. Duplex of 35m2 with reserved parking space and closed room located on the top floor, there is also a sofa bed in the living room. At your disposal, you will find in the kitchen: a Senseo coffee maker, a filter coffee maker, a toaster, a dishwasher, ect. Upstairs, in the bathroom: shower, toilet, washing machine, hair dryer In the room a double bed, a small wardrobe and an umbrella bed with free WiFi
