Fantastic Stay at Ketevan's Place! Manuel and Belen's stay at Ketevan's Airbnb was wonderful. The apartment is located in a safe, friendly, and peaceful neighborhood, making it an ideal spot for a restful sleep. Situated conveniently close to the Colchis Fountain, the location is perfect for exploring the area. There's an exceptional supermarket just 50 meters away, offering fresh, daily-made dishes that you can watch being prepared. It's a food lover's delight! The apartment itself is well-equipped with everything you could need, and parking your car is hassle-free. Communication with the host was seamless, with clear check-in and check-out instructions provided. Overall, Ketevan's hospitality combined with the superb amenities and prime location made this stay unforgettable.

Nice apartments in the very center of the city, all shops and restaurants nearby, no need to use delivery, you can leave the house at any time and quickly get what you want. The building is new and there is still construction going on around, but the workers try to work carefully and I would not say that it is noisy, only sometimes for a short time. The rest of the time it is quiet. There are almost no cars, and the next intersection is already a pedestrian one. Easy check-in and check-out, all instructions are clear. Many thanks to Irma, she always responded quickly and helped to improve our vacation.

Appartement propre et lumineux. Magasins à proximités et facile d'accès. Equipments en bon état, les serviettes de bain était cependant trop petites. Je recommande.

Quick response and very friendly host, Tekla! The place is near the White Bridge and within walking distance to downtown. We were 5 people, and the space was just right for us. Thanks for the warm hospitality!

A small and charming conceptual hotel, invested and uniquely designed. Lots of seating areas in the large, green and pleasant yard. We came as a family and the place was excellent for us. Nika is a kind and sympathetic host who is willing to help with any need to make your stay pleasant

Everything was perfect! Donna was incredibly welcoming and even invited us to a lovely breakfast at her home. The location was amazing, and the trip overall was very interesting. The city is full of fascinating Soviet architecture.

Marine's place is very centrally located, yet it's not directly on the main street. Even though it's on the ground floor, it's pretty quiet, and we liked it a lot. As mentioned, its central location provides good access to many attractions in Kutaisi. My family and I really enjoyed the cozy apartment and our time there. Communication with Marine was simple and without any problems.

Everything went very well in this location for the 2 weeks we were here except that the water has a problem and is either hot or cold, no in-between. We didn't mention it but because the owner is very communicative and helpful, I'm sure he would fix this solution or actually have a trick to it if asked. Otherwise, great space, very cute. Would possibly stay again for next time staying in Kutaisi.

Двухэтажный дом с отдельным участком. Жильё целиком, всё оборудовано в доме, всё очень удобно! Ночью в доме тепло, есть газовый обогреватель и кондиционер на 2ом этаже. Только прохладно ходить по полу без тапок — рекомендую что-то на ноги брать с собой, когда поедете. Первый этаж дома — общая гостиная, второй — одна большая комната (двухспальная и 2 одноместные кровати), есть балкон. Хочу отметить очень удобное и качественное постельное бельё, удобные подушки и тёплые одеяла. Можно ехать с минимальным набором принадлежностей с собой. Полотенца тоже есть. Вообще, всё есть, что может потребоваться путешественнику) Хозяева очень заботливые, встретили в удобное время, показали правила дома, где что лежит. Выезд тоже прошёл очень легко. Всем рекомендую это жильё, кто попадёт в Амбролаури однозначно!

Все было отлично, жилье полностью соответсвует описанию и хозяин был очень отзывчив. Обратите внимание на локацию, точка в Airbnb была указана не верно (хозяйка прислала верную). Один душ/туалет на 10 гостей немного неудобно, было бы здорово если бы был еще один.

Fast and smooth communication, clean space, amazing location. I cant even thank enough for such an amazing stay. Everything and even more than we needed was there. Especially the outside fireplace was a greatnesses. 100% recommend!

Staying here was great! Lela was always responsive when I was checking in and when I needed anything. She even let me check in a couple of hours early. I would definitely stay here again!
