Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

The loft has a large terrace full of exotic plants where you can have a pleasant breakfasts and relaxing evenings. It takes max 10 minutes time (1 km of walking distance) to the beach passing by Nurigeli Lake. Large space is filled with lots of sun light and fresh air. Loft especially will be enjoyed by family (parents plus two kids), ideal for three friends and couples.
