Fin och snabb service av Daniela som var behjälplig med det vi behövde. Extra stor tacksamhet för vaktmästaren Nazareno som passade upp på oss varje dag och med sin varma personlighet berättade om slottet och området. Han var dessutom så himla gullig mot våra barn och visade dem trick som hans disciplinerade hund utförde. Dock väldigt kallt i poolen, det blev en liten utmaning för våra barn. Om ni söker ett privat lugn utan ett enda ljud från civilisation och en otrolig utsikt så är detta stället för er!

Had the best stay at Enrico's place!!! Beautiful gardens, pool, views and more 😍 We wanted to BBQ one night and Domenico prepared the bigger house's BBQ for us since this place doesn't have one, which was so kind!! Very nice donkeys, cat and dogs too ❤️ Will be back 1000%!

Sergio’s place is really done to a high standard. The views are beautiful and in a great location to explore Umbria. Sergio is very warm and I would definitely recommend this place to stay.

Die Unterkunft ist eine feine Wohnung im Zentrum von Amelia. Wir haben zum Ausladen des Autos an der Wohnung gehalten und dann 5´entfernt geparkt. Wir fanden vor allem die Dachterasse toll. Danke für ein paar schöne Tage!

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa casa. La posizione è perfetta per chi vuole rilassarsi immerso nella natura, con una vista spettacolare che rende tutto ancora più speciale. La casa è accogliente, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno senza pensieri. L’host è stato estremamente disponibile, gentile e attento, sempre pronto a fornire consigli utili su cosa visitare nei dintorni. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la tranquillità della zona, ma anche la comodità di poter raggiungere facilmente i borghi vicini e le Cascate delle Marmore. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, sceglieremmo sicuramente di soggiornare di nuovo qui. Consigliatissimo!

Schoon appartement met uitzicht op het meer. De communicatie ging erg soepel en snel. Het appartement bevalt alle basics, ook het internet werkt goed. Qua verbeterpunten: het matras is hard en de woonkamer is vrij gehorig.

Such a wonderful stay at Silvias beautiful property. We stayed for two weeks and it was the best holiday we’ve ever had! The perfect base from which to explore Umbria while also being a great place for rest and relaxation around the pool. The views are incredible. Silvia and her partner Simone are happy to help with anything you need and very responsive. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a second home for your stay in Umbria.

Genuinely a secret little heaven, I cant recommend staying here more! Monticchiello is so beautiful and peaceful and their place is just perfect! I can’t wait to hopefully return one day!!

Huisje Uliviu was een geweldige accomodatie, ruim en proper. Wanneer we iets nodig hadden werden we dadelijk verder geholpen. De ligging was ideaal om de mooiste bezienswaardigheden, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... te bezoeken. Vanuit het huisje heb je mooie fiets-en wandelroutes. Supermarkt in Marsciano vlakbij. Wat het huis zo attractief maakt is het mooie en groot zwembad met een prachtig uitzicht over de vallei en heuvels. Volledige rust vindt je hier. Wij ontmoetten de hele familie, sympathiek en hartelijk. interessant ook om naar hun verhalen te luisteren. De grootouders van Tommaso wonen ter plaatse, wat een actieve grootmoeder zeg. Vele groeten aan allen, en misschien tot nog eens.

Nicola and Stefano's place was a real highlight. The apartment, building and surrounds are stunning and the pool was such a lovely retreat at the end of the day exploring. We were met at the bottom of the hill and shown how to access the property and everything is as is shown in the photos. The location is close to so many beautiful towns, restaurants and other activities you could easily stay for much longer. The hosts were very responsive and easy to communicate with and provided recommendations for food and activities when we asked. The apartment had everything needed for our little family to cook and live for a week, all the rooms have fans for the heat. We absolutely loved it. Thank you for having us.

I can’t say enough about our hosts! They were communicative from start to finish and our experience would not have been the same without them. Our favorite part was doing the cooking class and having dinner with them and their family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Orte. Arturo was an excellent host - flexible, helpful and great, responsive communicator. Old towns are not always easy to navigate or access, but he made it easy for us with clear instructions and local advice for the train, bus, parking, etc. The apartment was charming and comfortable and the town itself is beautiful, surrounded by stunning locations and an amazing place to stay. We only wished we could have stayed longer.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti! Il proprietario è stato molto gentile, ha risposto subito a tutti i nostri messaggi ed esaudito ogni richiesta. Soggiorno perfetto con jacuzzi romantico! Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura e ci siamo trovati davvero ben. La casa pulitissima e curata nei dettagli, con un’atmosfera accogliente. La vasca idromassaggio è stata il punto forte: spaziosa, ben funzionante e incredibilmente rilassante, perfetta per un momento di coccole. Adorabile anche la TV orientabile, comoda sia dal letto che dalla vasca, ideale per serate cinema senza sacrificare il comfort. Il balconcino è stato una piacevole sorpresa, soprattutto per chi ama una pausa sigaretta senza dover scendere. Il letto era comodissimo e il parcheggio facile da trovare. Consigliatissimo per coppie che cercano relax e un tocco di romanticismo! Torneremo sicuramente. 🌟

Wir wurden sehr nett von Mira empfangen, die uns alles wichtige erklärt und gezeigt hat. Es gibt eine private Garage. Die Wohnung ist super sauber, super groß. Auch eine sehr große Terasse mit der Möglichkeit den Jacuzzi dazu zu buchen. Eine Waschmachine und Trockner sind auch vorhanden. Der Kaffee war super lecker. Stefania war schnell erreichbar und konnte alle Fragen beantworten. Unsere Highlights: Großes Einkaufszentrum direkt gegenüber, Bushaltestelle vor der Türe ( in 50 Minuten für 1,50€ mit Bus/Bahn nach Rom) tolles Restaurant direkt daneben QB Bracceria können wir empfehlen. Vielen Dank!

Estancia agradable. No tiene cocina con lo que dependes de la restauración del lugar y limita para estancias largas. Nosotros nos quedamos una noche así que perfecto

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in dit schattige huisje met prachtig uitzicht! We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door de zus van Michele. We kregen nog leuke tips om te doen in de omgeving. Ook de ouders, die op het erf wonen, waren ( net als de zus) erg vriendelijk, vrolijk en behulpzaam. Ze hebben zelfs kleding voor ons gewassen. Bedden slapen lekker. Alle nodige spullen zijn aanwezig. We raden de accommodatie van Michele ten zeerste aan.

Such a magicial place and a great host! Alex makes sure your feel at home right away. The personal welcoming, the great recommendations that made our stay so nice for a few days, the beautiful pool with absolutely gorgeous view!! Everything is so clean (also the pool and perfect temperature). You’ll see that Alex makes sure nothing gets left out. From The garden to the rooms and his wine vineyard. Best place we stayed in Tuscany. Also Montepulciano is gorgeous. Many restaurants and routes are magical.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.
