Skipperhuset

Skipperhuset is the oldest house on our family farm Birkenes located in Farsund municipality. The skipper's house was built in the 19th century and has been rehabilitated several times, most recently in the spring of 2021. In cooperation with local painting company we work to make the house as authentic as possible, including by wallpapering living room, kitchen and hallway with skipper house wallpaper and linseed oil paint to preserve wood etc. The skipper house has a natural space on the farm and is walled with the brewery house that has renovated the baking oven.

Charming house on Grimsby

Me and my two boys ( 7 and 10 years ) live at Grimsby . The house is located in the courtyard of our house and is the original farmhouse. The house has a simple standard - but is renovated somewhat in 2020 and it is bright and cozy. At the place we have a cat that sounds the name Daddis 2 rabbits and as of Jan. 25 - 2 hens - cows on the ground part of the year Access to large garden and with a view to Hanangervannet . The garden area is shared with us, but one side is quite private for those who live in a rental house. Apple TV and internet

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Cozy old house located on the country side close to scenic water (Hanangervannet), known for its rich bird life and nice bathing. Large garden with scenic view. Simple standard, but cozy furnishings. The house has 4 separate bedrooms, where 3 are located on the second floor. Approx 7 minutes walk to bathing water which is very nice for smaller kids, shallow water and warmer than the sea. Approx 22 minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beaches of Lista, which offers miles and miles of sand.

With its location, the house is excellent for both surfers, birdwatchers or for those who simply want to have just relaxing days. There is a large lawn around the house, with the possibility of sitting outside. Welcome to a lovely getaway in a cozy setting!

Cozy apartment in the middle of Vanse

Cozy apartment with panoramic views of the Selvaagsparken. 100 meters walking distance to Brooklyn Square where you can enjoy a good meal at Larsen Bakery or at Holy Cow. 1 bedroom. Sofa bed in the living room can be turned into a double bed A total of 4 sleeping places. Bed linens/towels are not provided but can be rented for 100kr per guest. Then the bed is ready before arrival and it comes with one large and one smaller towel.

Koie/small cabin in Lyngdal

Get away from it all and stay under the stars. A unique small one-bedroom cabin with room for 3 people. Simple kitchen with all the equipment to be able to cook food. Chef top connected to gas. Access to water in water cans. The outdoor space is approximately 15 meters from the cabin. You just have to use wood during your stay. Tenants will get directions to the cabin. It is a 10 minute walk from the parking lot to the cottage.
