Auf der Dachterrasse bietet sich ein grandioser Rundblick in die Alpen und auf die Zugspitze. Unser Haus bietet Ihnen eine vollausgestattete Open-Space-Küche. Zur Entspannung ist eine Infrarot-Dampfkabine und ein Hottub zur kostenfreien Nutzung vorhanden. Das Haus ist klimafreundlich mit PV-Anlage, Batteriespeicher und Luftwärmepumpe.

Small feel-good house in the countryside

Located opposite an art studio, close to the lake (15 minutes) and the Romenthal walking route around the corner, it only chirps around the little blue house, which invites you to linger and relax. The free garden in front of the house, the bells that ring from time to time from the Marienmünster or the sound of the wind in the trees make the idyll perfect. The train station with a good connection to Munich is a 16-minute walk away, and the nearest supermarket (Netto) is 12 minutes away.

The over one hundred year old vacation home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private cul-de-sac. The lake with good swimming facilities and the S-Bahn to Munich are within walking distance, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes a living room, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

The house has 4 bedrooms, a whirlpool, a well equipped kitchen, a games room, a living room with fireplace, large sofas & TV. There are 3 showers in total and two bathrooms. We want to provide a safe retreat and a home away from home in these crazy times. We will always disinfect the house thoroughly!
