Beautiful! We were now in this dream apartment for the second time. Everything was perfectly clean and the view from the balcony in the first row was just great of the pool and the sea!! You absolutely need a car in this area if you want to get to know other beautiful bays and restaurants... We would like to come back.

Beautiful spot, very quiet, very zen with some nice walks to do just around... and a delicious Cretan breakfast... Stella very available and very kind... A place that is worth visiting and that we recommend without hesitation!

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. Very clean, fixtures and furnishings of a high standard. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep but still very peaceful. Amazing balcony on the edge of the sea.

Highlight of our trip. If you want a quiet beautiful place far from tourist crowds this is it. The flat has a well equipped kitchen, AC and looks much better than the pictures. The terrace is simply wonderful. You have a beautiful view on the sea while Having breakfast or dinner there. Mochlos is quiet but with a cozy, small town centre with some good tavernas and nice bars where you can watch the sun set. The beach is small, mixed pebble/sand and less than 5 mins away. A really nice sand beach is at Pachia Ammos. If you're looking for a calm place to relax and do nothing we can recommend it very much.

Very nice welcome the host is super welcoming ,superb apartment with swimming pool 15 minutes from agios nickolas and 40 minutes from heraklion too small for 3 people especially with large suitcases,but for 2 people it is nickel apart from its very clean hotel and everything you need to cook microwave and……..and especially welcome with a basket of fruits that is a pleasure I recommend.

We loved the central location of this Airbnb and the sea view. The front porch was delightful! Agios Nikolaos was a great place to relax in for a few days after a whirlwind cruise through 9 other islands. We were able to settle in and explore the town. It’s not as touristy as many other islands we saw, and we liked that! Felt like locals by the time we left. Just what we were looking for. We had a small rental car, stick shift, and found the hilly street parking slightly challenging, but we figured it out. Took a lovely drive to a Elounda, stunning views. Owner was very responsive to our occasional questions.

We were greeted by Sofia's father and mother. Despite the language barrier, the welcome was warm. They answered our questions without any problems. We also had fruits from their garden. It is a strategic point to visit the east of the island (Agios Nikolaos, Sitia, Lerapetra, Lassithi Plateau). We recommend visiting the Kafenion just below the cottage. We are in the life of the village and the bosses are adorable... authentic!! Small downside on one of the rooms which is windowless and not separate from the toilets. But for a week, we can adapt. Don't hesitate to discover this place

Very spacious, modern apt with a beautiful balcony. The street noise below made it difficult to sit out and talk there, but the view of the ocean was very nice. Well appointed kitchen. Very clean and neat. Mihalis gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby that was lovely. We had a nice stay here

We had a relaxing and pleasant stay at Despina’s lovely place. The flat is spacious, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. Ligaria is a charming little settlement nestled in a small bay perfect for a peaceful getaway. Despina is a warm and welcoming host; she even stocked the fridge with breakfast items for us. If you have a car, the location is ideal, with easy access to the highway for day trips.

It was just nice to vacation in the beautifully renovated old town house. Georgios was always available, even wanted to help us when we had an accident with the rental car. You live very privately and from the roof terrace you have a beautiful view, you can even watch the fishermen.

Absolutely fantastic, five stars quite honestly isn’t enough for Menelaos and his beautiful penthouse villa. The villa is perfectly located….it really couldn’t be closer to the sea, with unique views of Mochlos, the island and the coasts to the east and west. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay, and the balcony is just perfect….the hardest thing was to drag ourselves away from it! Most importantly Menelaos is an absolutely perfect host, we’ve never had a welcome like it and we immediately felt at home, Menelaos is a true gentleman. We’re lucky to spend quite a bit of time in Crete and will definitely return to Menelaos Penthouse Villa….in fact I’m already planning our next visit!

Manos & Eve’s place looked just like their pictures if not better. Manos met me at the Airbnb to let me in and show me around my place. Plus he helped carried my luggage up to my unit. They even stocked my refrigerator with food and drink along with creating me a welcome sign. They were GREAT host. They were very responsive when I reached out and provided me recommendations from hair salons to rental car places. The beach is about a block away, very walkable. There restaurants and markets near by that you can also walk to. I really enjoyed my stay there. I wished I could have stayed longer. I hope to come back.

What a beautiful and special place! We had gorgeous views for sunrises/sunsets and it was a more quiet/relaxing place stop for our extended trip in Crete. We experienced quite a bit while we were there-Spinalonga, Elounda, Kolokithia beach (go early at 7-8 before the boats come in), Agio Nikolas(get the goat’s milk frozen yogurt) and we hiked to the windmill farm(8-10 miles) and went to the Plaka beach(bring water shoes). Lily was so helpful and pleasant and the place was perfect for our needs! Oh and we loved the food at Porta and Carob Tree;they seem touristy but the staff were pleasant (not pushy) and the food was fantastic. I hope we can come back one day!! ❤️❤️❤️

We stayed for 3 nights in Agios and the small appartment was just what we needed, a place to sleep and have breakfast.

The place was conveniently located in walking distance from the port of entry for the ferries and about 5 to 10 minutes away from the airport. It was close to great restaurants and the waterfront and the main shopping areas are all within 5 to 10 minutes walk. It was easy for tours to pick us up 2 to 3 minutes walk from the place. Are a host or extremely helpful very responsive on all communications all through the process in the checkout. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting Crete.

Although we booked for 3 people and it was only prepared for 2, the host was very quick and helpful in solving the problem! Very good room and conditions :)

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, with tons of walkable restaurants and bars nearby. There was so much going on in the area, and the lively atmosphere made it really fun to explore. One of our favorite parts was the hot tub on the balcony. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The homemade wine was a really nice touch and absolutely delicious. We’d definitely come back.

The place was very nice and as described. Daniela was very warm and helpful. We only lacked a little more cooking equipment, as we occasionally wanted to cook and were then somewhat limited with a pan. Basically, we can highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back. Thank you very much.

It was wonderful! The apartment was easy to reach by car. Even when driving into the property, the view does not disappoint! Maria was always available, was available for all questions and the apartment is simply an absolute dream! Clean, a lovingly landscaped courtyard, a warm welcome. I felt completely comfortable and the whirlpool was the absolute highlight! I would come back anytime and can only highly recommend it. 😊

We had an amazing time at Katerina's place. Katerina was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive, always eager to help and share some recommendations. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and pleasant to relax at. Katerina's place is only a few minutes away from nice beaches and a town called Agios Nikolaos where you can find a lot of good restaurants and shops. The area is very calm, but would definitely recommend having a car - there are not a lot of places in a walkable distance. Overall we had a great time and were sad to leave. We hope to come back one day.

My girlfriend and I had a wonderful, relaxing time in Kalamaki. The place was perfect for us. We enjoyed the sea view every day with sunsets and the tranquility. The short distance to the beach, restaurants or supermarket was also brilliant. Communication was perfect from start to finish. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday in a quiet but ingenious location, this is the place to be. We can definitely recommend the hosts.
