Beautiful! We were now in this dream apartment for the second time. Everything was perfectly clean and the view from the balcony in the first row was just great of the pool and the sea!! You absolutely need a car in this area if you want to get to know other beautiful bays and restaurants... We would like to come back.

We had a relaxing and pleasant stay at Despina’s lovely place. The flat is spacious, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. Ligaria is a charming little settlement nestled in a small bay perfect for a peaceful getaway. Despina is a warm and welcoming host; she even stocked the fridge with breakfast items for us. If you have a car, the location is ideal, with easy access to the highway for day trips.

Beautiful spot, very quiet, very zen with some nice walks to do just around... and a delicious Cretan breakfast... Stella very available and very kind... A place that is worth visiting and that we recommend without hesitation!

Fantastic apartment in a beautiful location. Very clean, fixtures and furnishings of a high standard. Shops and restaurants on the doorstep but still very peaceful. Amazing balcony on the edge of the sea.

This place is the best place to stay, quite and private, outdoor patio for enjoy cafe or beer but close to great public beach with free parking or waking 20 minutes, same time remote spot to go anywhere and not staying in crazy busy city where is night live and traffic like crazy. 9 minutes to Agios Nikolas if you like that , 1.5 h to Vai beach where Palm trees like in tropical place, 30 minutes to Iropetra and Myrtos on African side on island, beautiful. 30 minutes to 4000 years olive tree and waterfall canyon.

Beautiful place with amazing view, great outdoor area with the pool, parking sposts always available, friendly hosts . Highly recommend , would stay there again for sure :)

We had an amazing time at Katerina's place. Katerina was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive, always eager to help and share some recommendations. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The pool was very nice and pleasant to relax at. Katerina's place is only a few minutes away from nice beaches and a town called Agios Nikolaos where you can find a lot of good restaurants and shops. The area is very calm, but would definitely recommend having a car - there are not a lot of places in a walkable distance. Overall we had a great time and were sad to leave. We hope to come back one day.

We spent 5 days in Cora's beautiful accommodation and can recommend it 100%. Everything looks exactly like the photos, very tasteful, clean and cozy. From the balcony you have a wonderful view of the valley, directly behind the house the hike through the Kritsa gorge begins and the village itself is charming and has all sorts of things (arts and crafts) to offer. During our stay, we had two concerns that we addressed with Cora. She was immediately available, super friendly and helpful. We will be happy to come back.

Everything has already been said, it's just unbelievable. Popi embodies Greek hospitality. There were drinks and vegetables in the refrigerator. You could help yourself in their beautiful garden. The highlight was the great food. We had fresh fish and many different vegetarian things. Simply delicious. Unfortunately, it was only 4 days, but they were great. We would come back anytime. Absolutely fantastic, five stars quite honestly isn’t enough for Menelaos and his beautiful penthouse villa. The villa is perfectly located….it really couldn’t be closer to the sea, with unique views of Mochlos, the island and the coasts to the east and west. It’s equipped with everything you could possibly need for a long or short stay, and the balcony is just perfect….the hardest thing was to drag ourselves away from it! Most importantly Menelaos is an absolutely perfect host, we’ve never had a welcome like it and we immediately felt at home, Menelaos is a true gentleman. We’re lucky to spend quite a bit of time in Crete and will definitely return to Menelaos Penthouse Villa….in fact I’m already planning our next visit!

Highlight of our trip. If you want a quiet beautiful place far from tourist crowds this is it. The flat has a well equipped kitchen, AC and looks much better than the pictures. The terrace is simply wonderful. You have a beautiful view on the sea while Having breakfast or dinner there. Mochlos is quiet but with a cozy, small town centre with some good tavernas and nice bars where you can watch the sun set. The beach is small, mixed pebble/sand and less than 5 mins away. A really nice sand beach is at Pachia Ammos. If you're looking for a calm place to relax and do nothing we can recommend it very much.

What a beautiful and special place! We had gorgeous views for sunrises/sunsets and it was a more quiet/relaxing place stop for our extended trip in Crete. We experienced quite a bit while we were there-Spinalonga, Elounda, Kolokithia beach (go early at 7-8 before the boats come in), Agio Nikolas(get the goat’s milk frozen yogurt) and we hiked to the windmill farm(8-10 miles) and went to the Plaka beach(bring water shoes). Lily was so helpful and pleasant and the place was perfect for our needs! Oh and we loved the food at Porta and Carob Tree;they seem touristy but the staff were pleasant (not pushy) and the food was fantastic. I hope we can come back one day!! ❤️❤️❤️

Although we booked for 3 people and it was only prepared for 2, the host was very quick and helpful in solving the problem! Very good room and conditions :)

Very nice Villa and very friendly host. Her father is also living there and takes care of the garden. You can park there easily. The equipment and stuff that is available is as promised in the description. Location is actually not right next to the beach, but 10-15mins by foot, but by car it’s only 2mins. The beach there is amazing. The water is quite flat for a while, which is nice for playing in the water and probably for kids. Also the restaurants (especially Seven) there are really good and have a good price.

It was just nice to vacation in the beautifully renovated old town house. Georgios was always available, even wanted to help us when we had an accident with the rental car. You live very privately and from the roof terrace you have a beautiful view, you can even watch the fishermen.

We had an amazing stay. The location was perfect, with tons of walkable restaurants and bars nearby. There was so much going on in the area, and the lively atmosphere made it really fun to explore. One of our favorite parts was the hot tub on the balcony. It was the perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The homemade wine was a really nice touch and absolutely delicious. We’d definitely come back.

The place was very nice and as described. Daniela was very warm and helpful. We only lacked a little more cooking equipment, as we occasionally wanted to cook and were then somewhat limited with a pan. Basically, we can highly recommend the apartment and will be happy to come back. Thank you very much.

We had a wonderful stay from 06/15 to 06/23! The accommodation is beautifully located – slightly elevated with a fantastic view of the surrounding olive groves. The decor is tasteful and cozy, everything was very clean and well maintained. We were particularly pleased with the lovely welcome gift with raki and small snacks - a great gesture! Communication with the hosts was consistently excellent, we always got a response very quickly. A small flaw: The small room with the double bed has no window, only the small one at the entrance door. Otherwise, everything was really great – we can absolutely recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back!
