Cosy and quiet 3 story-house in the heart of the beautiful and historical centrum of Hoorn. Walking distance to musea, restaurants and shopping streets. Very complete, including 2 complimentary bicycles and a Chromecast for rainy days. The house has 3 floors, whereby WC is on the ground floor, the kitchen/living room/douche are on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the second. Interesting for you to know is that we blok 2-3 weeks every year in order to do maintenance on the house.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

Op loopafstand van de stad staat deze recent verbouwde garage die is voorzien van een badkamer, een werkplek, airco en mooi uitzicht op de tuin. Er zit nu ook een nieuw Queen size boxspring bed in. De garage is vrijstaand en heeft een eigen deur en sleutel. Parkeren kan gratis op de oprit. Op verzoek is er een babybed beschikbaar.
