Stay in a unique location just outside Amsterdam! This renovated, spacious home in Landsmeer offers comfort for 9 people. There are 4 bedrooms (upstairs), 3 showers (downstairs), 2 toilets (downstairs), and a garden. Close to the bustling city on the edge of a nature reserve. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the center of Amsterdam by public transportation. The bus stop is at 50m. A (Uber) taxi to town is barely 15 minutes. This house is not suitable for children between 6 months and 4 years.

This lovely non-smoking family private appartment in a quiet neighbourhood is ideal for a couple plus kids. We don’t rent this appartment to friend groups as it is more suitable for families (double bed & bunk bed). Are you tired of the city? Are you looking for a special destination for a vacation in your own country? I would like to welcome you to my unique location in the middle of the countryside of Waterland. Just 15 minutes from the city center of Amsterdam, and a stone's throw from picturesque Broek in Waterland, lies my houseboat. To reach the yard, use a small ferry to cross the Broekervaart. The ferry is, by the way, private property, and is only used by my guests.

After an inspiring day in Amsterdam, it is wonderful to come "home" to this original apartment, which was built in an old hay barn in the village of Watergang. Where everything is available for a relaxing stay for 2-4 people. Very suitable for a nice vacation or long stay. Free bikes for every guest and free canoes and a kayak available. It is also possible to rent a motorboat or to sail into the protected nature reserve yourself with the free canoe.

Step onboard this amazing houseboat, a beautifully restored trekschuit, a traditional Dutch canal boat once pulled by horses along the towpaths. Built around 1900, the boat originally served local farmers, carrying cargo and passengers through the quiet waterways of the countryside. Since those early days, the boat has been lovingly preserved and transformed into a cozy houseboat.
