Cozy apartment in a quiet location with balcony

The apartment is on the first floor and is nice and cool in summer. It has been completely renovated and lovingly designed by us with a lot of craftsmanship. The wood workshop is in the house. (only as a hobby....no noise is to be expected)😉 The garden is a small oasis and in it is my florist workshop, which I run commercially. The rooms of the apartment are bright, spacious and friendly. Blackout blinds are attached. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you could ever need. As host, I live on site and am always available to answer any questions you may have. Books and games are provided.

This cute little apartment is located in Freyburg, in the northernmost wine-growing region of Germany. It is also called the Tuscany of the North, which we have also dedicated to our apartment. With a lot of love and diligence, this apartment was completely renovated to highlight the medieval architectural style. Simply enjoy this apartment with integrated kitchen and bathroom, as well as this extraordinary landscape. Here is the starting point of your bike and canoe tours. You want to admire the well-known churches “Erfurter Cathedral” and “Severikirche” from the window of your apartment? A breeze!

Small vacation home in Thuringia. In the immediate vicinity is a lake and a river with boat stairs as well as a well-developed cycling network. An ideal starting point for your excursions. The vacation home with large garden offers a separate bedroom, a private bathroom and a living area with a very well-equipped kitchen and dining area. In the living area there is a sofa bed and a fireplace. The entire vacation home has underfloor heating.

East vacation home

Our vacation home, in Sundhausen, consisting of an east apartment and a west apartment, offers a total space for 1 to a maximum of 12 people. Both identically furnished apartments can be booked and used both separately and together. Built in 2025 and modernly furnished, these apartments, each 75 square meters, offer a place to stay alone, for two, with family or friends, short trips, business trips and much more, in a rural area.

Unstrutglück vacation home

Our 91 m² apartment, located directly on the Unstrut bike trail, offers relaxation for the whole family. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen, our guests also enjoy the large full bathroom with shower and bathtub. Meals also taste particularly good on the private balcony. In the open kitchen-living room, day trips to the surrounding sights can be planned perfectly! We look forward to your visit!
