Holiday rentals with a patio in An Hải Bắc

The room had everything i needed for a few days. A kitchen to cook, a washer to clean my clothes and the host was fast to respond and answer questions. The location is a bit far from the more popular restaurants and cafes around My Khe beach, but its a very local area not far from the beach.

We had an amazing stay at Duc's place! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, making us feel right at home. Duc was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, ensuring our comfort throughout our stay. she provided us with detailed instructions about the city and recommendations for local events, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Provide free airport pick up. Close to the beach and different restaurants and spa. Quick response. Overall highly recommend.

Everything was fine. The location is central, close to the airport and Ham Rong Bridge. The room was very clean and same as shown in the pictures

He contacted me very quickly, so communication was good, and the accommodation was the same as the photos.👍🏻 They cleaned every day, and the view was nice because it was a sea view. We LOVED our stay! We stayed over a month and it really felt like home. Clara and the team are the sweetest and always super helping/ responsive. If we ever back in Da Nang we would definitely come back there!

Since I was traveling to Da Nang for the first time, I was worried that the accommodation wouldn't be far away or that the photos would be good. As soon as I entered the accommodation, I realized that it was useless to worry. The large swimming pool and large house that welcomed us from the entrance were welcoming, and the interior was so big and cool that I received compliments from my friends, so I had a pleasant trip to Da Nang and left only good memories. The host's response was also very quick, so it's a more worry-free accommodation. Next time I travel to Da Nang, I will travel with my family. Thank you for a great trip ^ ^

Pros: It is a wooden house near the Danang coastline. I use the whole house and the atmosphere is good. Cons: You have to close the door well in the evening to avoid mosquitoes or bugs. The bathroom is one in the bedroom on the 2nd floor and is not well drained - > I sent someone 30 minutes after inquiring, so I took care of the mosquito repellent and drain (still insufficient drainage) General Pyeong: Use a spacious house with the best atmosphere with nature. Beautiful space! The Pao team was incredible and did so much to make us feel welcome. The location is about 10 mins away from ancient town and you’re nestled near the beach in a cute neighborhood. We used beach cruisers to bike everywhere. It was a great trip. Thank you Pao Homes!!

I was very surprised by the price of this house because it is a high-end and comfortable accommodation. Additionally, its location is very good as it is within walking distance to shops and My Khe Beach. I really like this place. Thank you Mr. Thao for welcoming me warmly, you're a kind host.

It's a new construction, so it's clean and quiet, which is really nice.

It's a much better place to stay than it looks. da At first, I was skeptical about the good reviews from other users, but after using it, I think it's worth it. da I liked the friendly manager and the quick response. da From the point of view of using both breakfast and barbecue, the amount is very large. da Delicious food and clean facilities. Pickup and drop-off were also well guided, so I used it conveniently.

The location is very convenient to walk to old town with a bunch of eateries around. The place was clean with a functional kitchen for a small family. Host was super friendly and always ready to help.

I recommend this place to stay; I will definitely be staying here again. The host is really responsive and helpful. The location is strategic, a two-minute walk to the beach, and it is even better when you get a beach-view unit.

It's one of the best properties. It can be compared to a resort or hotel connecting room when traveling with family. For breakfast, it's much better to just go out and eat because there are many restaurants in Vietnam that open early (even Michelin-starred restaurants open at 7 o'clock). I stayed for 5 nights and used several restaurants in the building for breakfast, and they all tasted good. The accommodation is safe with a security guard on duty, and the building residents are decent. The surroundings were noisy or there was no noise. Above all, the view overlooking the Da Nang is great. Wherever you go, you can get there quickly with Grab. In Da Nang, walking distance is meaningless because of the heat. The taxi fare is also very cheap. I highly recommend this accommodation. Especially for 5-6 people, it can be the best choice.

It was very spacious and pleasant, so it was good for 2 families to use. I use a microwave, washing machine, and dryer, but it's okay to use it. They also bring you a towel right away when you request it. If I come to Da Nang again, I will visit again.

This Airbnb was absolutely perfect! The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and super convenient for exploring Da Nang. It’s close to great restaurants, cafes, and convenience stores, and getting around the city was really easy. One major plus: the A La Carte Hotel is a designated pickup point for the shuttle bus to Ba Na Hills (booked through Klook), which made our day trip there super smooth and hassle-free. The space itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was even a clothes steamer, not a common amenity in most Airbnb. Everything was exactly as described—if not better. Check-in was seamless, and the host was very responsive and helpful. The lobby and elevator smell absolutely amazing. The reception desk was also very kind, courteous, and helpful despite having no obligation to assist Airbnb guests as we did not book with the hotel itself. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!
